You have to give the Italians credit for building solid buildings with lasting power. They have good bones and they stay there, year after year. That has never been the case in the USA where no one thinks twice about taking a place down to build something new.
Potential, yes...I could not fathom what the quasi-renovation was aiming at here, bits of wall scattered about, confusing. Love to learn more about this town---grazie, Rino!
Hey saw your clip and shout out on the Wine Lovers Italian home tour channel. 👍💪 Congratulations on pushing 7k subs. Everyday your growing more and more.😊
ground floor would put a bathroom and a bedroom down there, changed the door to something with windows at the top. upstairs first floor make a nice a small formal sitting cause it would be too awkward to put the kitchen there with those stairs. Definitely work on those stairs, they have to be reoriented at the bottom. Might leave the sink, do a small powder room in that corner. Now upstairs, small room to the right I love love the views, though small I would choose as where I sleep for the views. then on the left, I will remove those doors to the other room, the kitchen would go there, I would put up a wall back up for that a bathroom with a door for access. the other room would be my family/gathering room. This property has great potential but it would take a lot of $$
Charming village... great views of architecture and mountains... possibilities... Love the comment on 'vibes'... makes all the difference. I do recall the great place that hasn't sold yet... it's waiting for the perfect buyer!
I don’t wish to renovate but I could be tempted to hire a builder and renovate this house. I think it could be beautiful when it’s finished. I’m am planning to be in Italy by June 2025 and will contact you. I would like to find something similar. Thanks Rino, another good video. Greetings from Australia.
The house has potential and finally some spacious rooms but I would never count on a tax incentive from Italy for the renovations. I have heard enough stories about the bureaucracy involved, the constantly changing laws, the duration of the application, that even many italians didn’t want to apply.
Would be great if you added to your video that a the owner has an approved plan for the inner works etc. The property is a real fixer. Think it will go realistically for 18-20k
