Excellent - I had forgotten I included this in a learning module for my students to review before embarking on team projects! In addition to the stated lessons, think about the *trust* this team has in each other as the guy in the front stands in front of a race car! LOL! So many awesome lessons!
This is like a choreographed dance, where everyone knows their part very well and executes it perfectly. To me, teamwork comes into play when something unexpected happens, someone makes a mistake or has an accident, like tripping over. Real teamwork is in improvisation, solving problems and recovering from an unexpected knockback or issue. It would be interesting to see how this team copes with that.
