Congratulations to BJ. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to lose that much weight. I’m glad he has shared his story so we can see how difficult a journey it is even after the weight loss. Most people don’t realize they will have this much loose skin. I wish him well.🥰❤️
It is too bad, on these skin removing surgeries. That the skin can't help burn victims. that b incredible for all🎉❤😊. He has a nice smile.. all the best to them
Skin would die and cause infections but i get what youre saying, x😊 Like you see someone have really long hair cut off in a salon and that hair could be used for other people. Spose its laws and stuff..
God bless you, sir! You had everything to live for, and you did everything you could to get healthy for yourself and your beautiful family. I wish you a long and happy life.
I have gone through this, too. When your addiction is food, you are more at risk than a drug addict or acholic as they can choose not to do drugs or drink, but as a food addict you are at risk every time you eat. That quote came directly from a physician in an addiction group.
Never thought of it that way and it makes total sense..!! Damn poor food addicts. We might judge when we see an oversized person but little do we know whats it like to struggle with daily addiction.
I think some plastic surgery procedures really have nothing to do with vanity... I love this show for capturing that! I find myself crying for almost every person. 🤗💕
Yes he was a big man but he had a lovely smile, he looked just fine either way to me. A big, cuddly heart can never be changed, whatever shape you take on. X❤X
This is Cherie. I understand u don't want to feel and look like this. But I think u are fine but understand. Doesn't seem to be a good award for losing all the weight. But he healthier and still happy u lost the weight. Great job. And if u want the skin removed and it makes u feel better again I hope it does . I think ur fine no matter ur choices . I see a man who achieved great weight loss. And gotten off drugs. Ur wife must have always live u no matter what. And that's a plus to. Signed Cherie. Just stay thankful u are alive and healthy. One thing always follows another. So when u have scars please don't in the future let scars drag u down. Everyone loves u so love yourself
You should be so proud of yourself unlike these people that think they should get free extra seat on a plane because they're fat . Well done, great job...😊
It’s easy to relate to this feeling. Even though this man has accomplished so much, he grieves over something so superficial. Other humans see the whole you. We see the winner and the warrior, not the skin. We see the strength of your heart, mind, spirit, and body. Only you see yourself in the harshest light cast by your own eyes.
I appreciate what you’re trying to say but having this much excess skin is gonna be really physically uncomfortable and cause health issues like chafing and skin infections if the folds get moist too often. And that would be really mentally taxing to deal with especially after working so hard to lose all that weight. I need to lose over 100 lbs myself and this is one of the things I’m really dreading because I know there’s no way I won’t end up with loose skin.
I think muscle strength would help a lot as well, I was on a high protein diet during chemo to help with my strength. It doesn’t need to be fatty foods, low fat Greek yogurts and chicken breasts helps a ton.
I'm losing my weight slowly overtime with strict diet only from obese to thin and i do not have excess skin at all. Lesson in nature is always be patience and don't rush thing out.
@@MaseraSteveyeah but were you ever at any point anything close to 500 lbs? 350 lbs is an absolutely massive amount of weight for a human being to lose. There’s no way to not have excess skin when dropping that much weight. Be real. Also consider his age and yours, also genetics. Just because you were able to lose a lot of weight without excess skin doesn’t mean everyone can. Everyone’s skin elasticity and resilience is different.
@@batacumbawhat nonsense you're talking about? I used to be 5'4 and my heaviest weight is 200lbs.. The weight lost case on internet that i saw are basically plenty of people who are inpatient that got this loose skin condition as young as 30 too.. There's famous celebrities on my country who were naturally endomorph he lost drastic weight and he's in age of 40.. one of my ex boss all of her son are over 500lbs but the youngest one decided to lose it but slowly by hitting on gym only 1 hour every day and only reduce his sugary intake yet he doesn't even have loose skin and he's 32 years old
I've seen vids where folks lost extra skin from weight loss from intermittent fasting. I believe the process is called autophagy, and can takes months or a few years, if you're patient.
You really do destroy your body in so many ways when you get so big ! The extra skin removal always has them looking off and odd and not natural at all !!
this man has so much to be proud of and happy about. He should consider thanking God for his many blessings. Instead he goes before a huge audience and for many years to come people will see him complaining and acting like a crybaby, grow up little man!
