Excessive Overjet and Gummy Smile Treated with Clear Aligners｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC671 

Mandibular advancement(MA) in aligners is generally advised for CII growing p’t with the exceptions of asians with excessive overjet and weak chin. In this case anterior TADs were applied to correct gummy smile and MA with precision wings helped reduce excessive overjet and achieve simultaneous arch expansion.
隱形矯正器的MA設計通常是用在青少年期的CII患者。其中的例外是帶有excessive overjet和下顎骨頭較軟的亞洲族群。這個案例中利用骨釘來矯正gummy smile，同時帶有precision wings的MA也同時減少過大的overjet，並擴大牙弓。
