Would yall ever do a Q&A before having interviews so the viewers can ask questions/add input? Id like to hear the word accountability being used in the hood cuz it can save the cycle repeating itself (kids being gullible and not realizing they always got choices ect.)

This is one of them interviews that legitimize this get down and your objectives. I got a lot to say and input. But I been having these plans of land ownership for over a decade or more. I always wondered why we are so deep,By the thousands. And we can’t put in like we do for a party or a sack to get these down payments on Some of these buildings. We could start a community build building for the groove. Where were can get life skills, employment skills, a place to congregate. Family functions. A place where. If you contribute. You have access. 20% ona 15 year fixed rate mortgage, with monthly dues like you pay for a gym membership. We can have a gym inside. Etc Everything legitimized in paper, llc. Corporations,etc. With investors and shares. We could start with that and over the decades we could Have entire communities. Jobs,etc. our only challenge is trust. When it comes to expectations we get picky. But if it’s for weed alcohol,etc. We put in without hesitation. I mean it doesn’t really take much as a collective.
