She is entitled. She is a bold face liar. She is only trying to apologize because she GOT CAUGHT. Every guilty person regrets their actions. Her excuses are just like anyone elses. Yeah, I think she blew this interview, a threat? That is a lame response she repeats. Why would they think a traffic stop(she knew she was speeding) be a threat? Not a threat makes 0 sense. Thinking he wanted someone else makes 0 sense. Any situation flashing lights behind means pull over or move aside. If he doesn't want you he'll keep going. Why was she rushing home and now I wonder what she's hiding. All the talking in the garage with the supervisor we didn't hear, did they smell alcohol? She doesn't make it easy to let this go. I don't think she should lose her job, she's eaten a humble pie over it and hopefully learns from the mistakes we all make, but I don't buy her answers.

She must be charged with eluding and evading, and resisting w/o violence, as everybody else, independently from all investigations of such her conduct in office A lying prosecutor is not acceptable in office, there will always be the first question: are you lying now like than? Is it another your day fixing evidence or witnesses? And she probably was on something, maybe like last 10 years of her ‘service’ or even always, She cannot be a prosecutor any more If she keeps her license as lawyer she can still work as lawyer in a firm if somebody hires her. Everyone has the right to fair investigation before actions are taken. They may also look for other instances of corrupt and unethical practices as corruption starts at the top and determines the accepted culture in amy workplace. Fair is fair no matter who you are.

Anyone who is not in a position of power would be charged with resisting arrest and obstruction. Fleeing from a police officer in a motor vehicle after they have ordered you to stop is a violation of the law in New York and is considered a Class D felony. This offense can carry a penalty of up to seven years in prison, a substantial fine, and five years of probation

She should be fired & quite honestly the chief should also be fired because he didn't back up his officer until it all went public. Why didn't the chief tell her to pull over & comply, because he is afraid of her position or playing the game with her.

She needs to be arrested. The officer who followed her home told her, “This is an arrestable offense.” She called the officer an a__whole and told him to get out of her house. She has no regrets…. She’s only sorry she got caught. She needs to resign and be arrested.

She told the officer to go ahead and write a ticket because she would be the one prosecuting. That sounds like she would drop the ticket. How can the county believe that she would have actually prosecuted herself if the body came footage wasn't made public? How can the county trust that she'll treat every case she prosecutes equally and fairly now?

The issue is the license would be pulled for any one of us here but I guess she ruled that it would harm her employment too much so she decided to not have that not be a punishment for her... self. In certain positions there's just certain things you can't recover from, and this is definitely one of them. She needs to be removed immediately. There's no way she can effectively do her job now. Anyone in her position especially should not only set an example of high standard that others follow and respect, but through that example is a trust that the community can be assured equal justice under the law .
