Stepping down would be the honorable thing to do. At this point, she must be aware that this story won't go away, that her conduct puts pressure on her whole office and that her office might never recover if she keeps her position. It will not end well for her, her whole career is now tainted and her colleagues will want to leave before being labelled as corrupt too. Shame on her for prolonging the inevitable.

hes right if it was just an avg citizen doing this , they would do a felony stop in your driveway guns drawn then you be cuffed searched car searched then you be arrested for fleeing,,,you see it everyday...this stop makes you not trust her office and next time someone doesnt pull over in rochester they are going to tell the cops they want the same treatment as her so you have to restore some order in this town

Her comment "Go ahead and ticket me, I'm the one that prosecutes them" sure sounds like the ticket/charges would have quietly disappeared if not for the public showing of the body camera footage.

Even the lawyers are saying she needs to step down and resign! But she won’t because she’s power hungry, therefore she needs to be fired. The governor or the Department of Justice need to step in.

For those who didn't see, THE DA's severe punishment! Her fine was $183, wow, bet she had to get loan, that taught her to respect the law? So 2 hrs. pay from her taxpayer funded paycheck, to "take responsibility" of her actions? Fine did not cover cost to the taxpayer for 5 officers WASTING THEIR TIME to manage an out of control(pasted?) "IMMATURE ADULT"? They missed out on the drug and alcholic test which would have given her a DUI!

Her insurance company probably lowered her premiums based on this. They know she’s never getting any points, ever.
