Johnny’s home in the Bahamas is beautiful, a great place for being left alone ! His home there is not fancy but really nice , that’s how I like it , no mansions etc just a plain little cottage , that’s my style . This I would like , I’m sure Johnny liked it and the privacy. Great place to relax and have no problems , sit outside and daydream or night dream .❤️❤️

Now this is called camping,,, fun enjoyment,,this is all anyone needs to go camping,and have fun glass wine read , big out side fire 🔥 and put head back on out side chair and listen to the waves,the earth ,all the smells

Your research is appreciated. I'm kind of a map geek. Just purchased a Rand Road Atlas. Don't think I'll ever use GPS or a phone map. Firmly believe people are losing their sense of orientation because of technology. This bungalow is exactly what I'd have, if I could. It's perfect from the layout to the interior design. Like how the doors enable a cross breeze & that the house is solar. @ 4:38 yes books & more books. Betcha the night sky is spectacular. Absolutely adore this place.

I don't blame him for just having a house like this. One hurricane and the house would be gone and you also have to think about storm surge. I like the house, that is all you need, you are in the Bahamas.

It's a nice little place! The wood floors look really pretty. It was so much easier to get the feel of it on your video! It would definitely be too small to be in there with AH though, if I were JD I'd be working out how to convince her to get the hell out and back to LA, like after the first hour.. or less.. much.. much.. less...

You don't need a huge luxurious house to live comfortably, but Johnny already knows this, love ya bud, you've got a good heart ❤ just looks like a normal family home, you know who doesn't realize what she lost because of her selfishness, her and her shady , squatting friends😆😆😆

Books and no TV I hope! Another problem on islands is shipping in the materials to build is one hell of an added expense. For me a book and hammock in the shade would do. (Maybe a cocktail at sunset would be nice too)!

1st & most important point. You pronounced "chatchkes" perfectly. Anyone who says it differently is saying it incorrectly (and it bugs me each & every time). 2nd, while ITA the magic is in the outside of the Island, I do think it's possible to go high end on an Island yet still retain the character. See Necker Island and what Robert Branson created. One of the most stunning places I've ever seen. That said, he is far richer than Johnny, and even he rents it out. So building (and maintenance) on tropical islands is quite pricey, and as was sadly proven on Necker, if something goes wrong, you don't have access to 911 to help. And regardless of being OK with modest, that 1970's fireplace really needs to go/be updated or even downgraded. Old fireplaces are lovely aka the one in his French Village lol When I watched your other video on the Island earlier, my first thought was Johnny should get some investors and do a smaller version of the magnificent resort they converted Marlon Brando's Tahitian Island to. If I ever hit the lottery, that is my first vaca destination. Looks like heaven! JD's is much easier to get to, and he could set it up so he has a private home/beach and only accept guests when he's not there. It would be nice to see him recoup some of the millions he lost due to the lies of that witch (as I said earlier elsewhere, apology to Witches!).

Hi, I'm binge watching your videos and loving them. I saw you mention your channel on Joe's/Good Lawgic's recap of Isaac's testimony today. When Johnny bought the island he would sail his luxury yacht and guest or have the yacht anchored in the lagoon. That's where most people slept and whatnot. I'm pretty sure the villa is used by the caretaker of Johnny's island. She has already testified in the trial. Guards and such live on the island year round.

I traveled from Germany to the Bahamas. I was there for 4 weeks. I'm telling you, you don't need Johnny Depp when you're in the most beautiful spot on earth.
