@@katina43 in my life I’ve run into many good men like Johnny where woman have destroyed. Their aren’t a lot of these men left . I grabbed one of them. I always said I’d never marry a man that didn’t like kids. Like my husband Johnny loves children to which tells me that he is an honest man. How the hell he ended up with this witch Amber. My husband was from San Antonio and I’ve met many hateful woman like Amber . Yes she is a true gold digger. I don’t think she ever had any intentions of ever falling in love with him and he saw her beauty and fell for it. At times I wish I knew him before he met her because as a friend that I am with my friends I’d lead him in the direction of having her investigated as I do with all my friends. It’s my way of protecting myself. I hope that johnnys friends start speaking up to him and help him from these tramps like Amber and that’s what she is. I pray that he wins back his honest name. I wish nothing but karma on Amber.

Me too! "The Sweetzer House" sounds so pedestrian.😁 I was picturing a mid-century modern or Spanish villa, "Hollywood" style home. This is stunning! No wonder he'd so often run from her and take refuge in this magnificent castle-like sanctuary! Those penthouses were evil.👿

he bought this castle in 1995 it is not a recent acquisition and he took out a loan not long ago to renovate it because he is going to sell it. He is getting rid of some goods that cost a lot

@@inagordan4589 if he was that much in debt the banks would not lend him ten million dollars to fix it up I think JD is looking to get rid of a lot of his propertys as his children are adults now and have their own home which I am sure JD bought for them and they make their own money so he does not need so big houses and he likes living in France or Italy or in Europe and he has a couple of houses in the UK and he only needs one to live in and if JD wanted to he could rent out the French village all year around for holidays and also his island and he should get rid of all his other houses he only needs one in Europe and the UK and America and his house in America is too big for him now And with all his car collection and art and other antique item I don't think he is in deb

@@peanutgallery3493- he tried to just walk away that’s why he settled for $7 Million on top of the OTHER $7 million to settle their marital debts. The accounted stated JD paid $14 Million to AH TAX FREE. JD walked away until the Op-Ed in 2018(written by AH)which cost him Millions due to Disney and WB dropping him. He was Blacklisted from Hollywood. Since 2018 JD hasn’t acted in ANY major Hollywood production…not one. If somebody’s cost you hundreds of millions of dollars you don’t just “walk away” from. If they them keep defaming you publicly you FIGHT BACK.

$2.2 million for the house in 1995 was a pretty good deal. I can see him having that. But it is surprising that he had the money to restore and maintain the mansion. I am going to look into when he was able to buy the other houses in the neighborhood. I assume it was after the Pirate films that he really had the cash flowing in. Prior to that I think he was just a working actor. It is entirely possible he had some good financial advise and made money in other ways prior to Pirate #1, etc.

@@StrangeHistoryX Um, ok. It's not like Johnny was a nobody before Pirates. He's been a very notable and successful actor since the mid-1980s. You probably have no idea the wide scope of his work.

He owns an entire island in the Bahamas and a Village in France. He is definitely rich. Recently sold the penthouses for I think about $11 million

Johnny has been very open about the fact that he is not rich, at least not in the liquid sense. He is in fact quite heavily in debt due to his previous financial team that he is in the midst of suing for fraud.

We had a pleasant chat and then the door opened and I said, "Have a great day." And she smiled and wished me the same. Moments later Stephen told me I was talking to Jennifer Aniston. She lived in the same building. And I honestly replied, "Who is she?" I never watched friends and had no idea who she was. That happens to me a lot. The only celebrities I can recognize were famous in the 30s and 40s. :) I could spot Errol Flynn from a mile away!

Scream Pretty Peggy has a ton of interior shots and was filmed when we lived there, all the stuff was ours except for the giant monster sculptures that were part of the story. My grandpa leased it and had it before I was born, but not sure when they got it

I am working on a video about the houses now. I think there are 2 that he doesn’t own. The first one on the right and the last one. Realtor.com doesn’t show one even exists and the other one was last sold in 1984. But who knows? Maybe it’s under a trust or something?
