Her and Mel really are similar. So similar that it is actually scary. Martell definitely has a type. Arionne seems down to earth and cool. I like Mel, but she was a stick in the mud. She wasn't fun, everything was all about image to her I feel.

This is one of the most disrespectful things I've ever witnessed in regards to womanhood, sisterhood, the institution of marriage, and the Black community. This does not encourage anything good. This doesn't uplift this woman. This doesn't make things better for anyone involved. All it does is give one of the violators of a marriage, family, and household, a public space to share private details of the extent of the violation. I believe this doesn't reflect this woman's highest self, and thus was unnecessary for her to do. She's feeding people's desires to gossip and learn disparaging information about other people's lives. She's continuing to allow other people to make money off of her. She needs to be coached by a person who is really invested in her becoming better than this narrative and this lifestyle.

To be honest it helped me understand her mentality and the mentality of a man who would cheat or deal with a woman like her. Major red flags that I think Melody saw and possibly ignored. Then she kept repeating that martell is a 'good man' when and how? he made her have an abortion after abortion, which isn't love. He didn't want to lose his REAL family, then instead of him choosing, he told her they have to choose, another red flag for her to walk away and stay away. Then to sit there thinking the show used her to build a storyline, really? Mel is capitalizing off her pain, and I don't blame her. Also, let's not forget that there are other people on the show with other stories that we enjoy. We're not gonna pretend like the only thing ever talked about is Martell's cheating. Arionne seems to think that's the only topic, but viewers of the show know better.

The sad part is the show never even mentioned her. The show only talked about his infidelity. Melody even said it was multiple people. She, along with bloggers, outed herself. Even then, the show never once referenced who she was other than when Martel called her a peasant. The one time her name was spoken was when Kimmy said it and it was bleeped out. If it wasn’t for her doing lives and videos referencing herself as the other woman we still wouldn’t know who she was. All the info identifying her comes from her, her friends(associates), and these blogs. She can easily go back to anonymity. Stop claiming the title of peasant, mistress, home wrecker. We create our self worth. The easiest way to control the narrative is to not take part in it. Coleslaw is not owning up to a mistake simply because her dealing with Martell was not a mistake.
