I agree, but in addition to hustling, she seems like an excellent saleswoman. Listening to her experience at the call center shows she is talented. However, sales is not for everybody...including me!
Less than 1 percent become 6 figure earners and as soon as their downline dry up, they’re on to the next company. This is Stormy Wellingtons fifth or sixth MLM. She knows that Funky Dineva is an influencer with a following, if he joins her company, he’s going to reach the top quick because some of his followers will sign up under him. If he can get a 100 of his followers to sign up under him, he’s going to make a lot of money quick which means a lot of money for Stormy Wellington. The messed up part is that his followers will see how quickly he made it and believe it’s easy money for them which for some it will be if they have a network but for the majority of people, they will pester their family, friends and strangers in stores. A lot of them will go broke trying to make their money back. Don’t do it Funky Dineva, because you could end up with a reputation as a scammer and lose some of your following. You work too hard for what you have.
Now Q, you know damn well this is Multi- Level- Marketing and that she is making money by exploiting minority women's lack of knowledge about MLM schemes. I'm proud of her that she figured out a way to pull herself up from poverty but Laso tea ain't making nobody but her rich. That on that.
@@dr.lorianne i got got by them. Lol. I had just prayed and asked God 2 show me how to have another source of income. Lol. Tried to hustle it but I'm not that good
I quit entrepreneurship because it doesn’t matter how great your producer is if you not Instagram/Facebook/Snapchat Famous it a waste. So I got my credit together and getting into real-estate every body need a place to stay...
Well..... When I went down to the University of Missouri and got my degree in Business Management, they taught me all about business entities and structures. She talks a very good game, but my degree told me that based on how she describes what she does, it IS MLM!
sparkwhite19 She stated that she wasn’t but what she does and how the products are distributed and marketed are similar of what an MLM is . But anyone that understands the structure of businesses know that..... Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is a business model or marketing strategy in which the distributors' income includes their own sales, and a percentage of the sales group they recruit, which is commonly known as their 'downline'. Customers can also sign up as a distributor to sell the company's product. Examples of MLMs: Herbalife Avon MayKay AMway, to name a few
All I’m saying is they’re are so many natural detox drinks and teas YOU CAN MAKE ON YOUR OWN. You just have to dedicate sometime to prepping and preparing it.
I looked up the ingredients for Iaso tea...you can blend that yourself...Nutraburst has the same vitamins & minerals that's in my Women's One A Day vitamin that I pay $8 for. Issa scam!
She definitely has the gift of gab. Just like a stripper can talk the cash out of a trick is how she can convince folks to take part in her businesses. Dont hate the player. Hate the game.
MLM’s are immoral. You’re not really making money from your sales, you’re making money from having people sign up. Essentially you’re earning pennies while making the people at the top rich. Please do some research. There’s tons of videos on RU-vid clocking the tea on MLM’s.
@@KeishaCharmaine hunny my I invested $50 and on my first flip made $650 in 3 days reinvested in more product & on my second flip $1450 lol so I don't know who you are getting information from but clearly you're wrong lol
@@ILovePurple2311 that was me alone...everyone doesn't have to build a team....maybe you don't know how to hustle or hustling backwards but if so I can help any and everyone...Stormy has helped me tremendously!
This is coach Stormy she is part of the TLC community, she has made a lot of money with our company n has put a lot celebrities on board. THE COMPANY IS NOT a scam ...I'm a distributor for TLC ...a lot ppl dont care for Coach Stormy because she ruff around the edges, straight to the point personality.Tlc is so much more than tea products that's just one product because it helps ppl lose weight. That's her niche n it's made her a millionaire
You can’t be mad at her for capitalizing off of women insecurities about their weight 🤷🏾♂️ If our ppl stop looking for the short cuts and just put in the work people like her won’t have no product to push.
@LONDON JOI The last thing that lady is thinking about is stimulus checks! That is such a shortsighted statement. If someone needed the stimulus check, that is exactly why they need a home-based business! Coach Stormy is trying to helps these folks build wealth and not have to wait on a stimulus check!
I'm not mad at her hustle... if someone is willing to buy what she's selling then that's on them. HOWEVER, understand water is the best detox... ever. And if you want tea, go to your local grocery store, and get some loose leaf tea specific to weight loss.
I'm so glad to see all the critical comments. MLMs are predatory, and she basically made her money on the backs of everyone else in her downline. No matter what you're selling, in an MLM, you won't be making money unless you're near the top of the pyramid. I really enjoy Funky Dineva's content, but I wish he hadn't given this a platform, especially given that a lot of people are struggling right now.
Her micro expressions and my discernment tells me that she is scammerish...lol. Look at Dinevas face when she said she collected over 1 million dollars in closed accounts!! Lmao
........"Pyramid Scheme"? ... (Plus, we need before and after pics. For scientific purposes. Period)......and nobody spending money in these Rona' times on random things like that, so building a pyramid/team to scheme would be quite difficult :-/
@@ashnicole6554 yall need to stop! Just because yall dont like Stormy, that doesn't mean the tea is not legit. I sell it and use it! Its nothing unhealthy about it. I'm very much so into health and wellness, so I'm not just gonna put any thing in my body, all of the TLC products are all natural, do your research first before u say the products/supplements are garbage
She may not be a scammer but her business model is heavily dependent upon the gullible. 1/2 of my hometown was hard selling these teas and products and eventually it was crickets and they are back to wishing they had more money on their EBT cards out loud on Facebook. The folks at the top of the pyramids do in fact make a nice coin by depending on people at the bottom to pull from their sphere of influence to buy into the business... & when they cannot get people to buy in they never move up and have a pantry full of diarrhea inducing teas and stormy nem has your initial “investment”. Plus when she was on that reality TV show she presented herself as a guttersnipe. All the other women presented themselves with more class than she did and she was the “coach”. I will believe she can make me rich when Nessa is rocking a Rollie cus this lady is selling the hope of riches and fools gold DASSIT!
THIS IS IT!!! I just can’t believe Q is featuring this foolery. Only the ppl at the very top of this pyramid scheme make money. They all have a holier than thou complex and nasty attitudes. When their sellers aren’t bringing in money, they ghost them. I had a cousin fall for it, bet she started back working full time when this crap(literally) fell through.
My thoughts on Coachstormy.... I’ve been in healthcare for 27 years and pharmaceuticals for 20 years. For years I labeled this woman as a Scammer. I didn’t like her attitude and she comes off very “Pimpish”. Not to mention it took me forever to find out what she actually did. All that “I’m a millionaire” ish comes off very hood-base to the average person. And then... one evening I just started researching her on RU-vid. I can’t vouch for the products. (especially considering that they are not FDA approved 🍵) However, she is very well spoken and extremely knowledgeable about health. Real talk she sounds better than most Pharmaceutical Reps detailing your physician. Folks could learn from her and I honestly think that she sincerely wants to help people. A Fortune 100 company is not going to give the regular person a chance at the good honest salary so why not? Now I do have some serious concerns. Are these millions that she’s talking “sales” or “profit”? I got a strong suspicion that they are sales. Also the company TLC does not disclose their earnings- meaning these numbers really can’t be verified. But Funky Dineva went to Florida State and got his degree in Economics. If the numbers don’t add up then he isn’t going to be the fool and he is gonna tell us about it. I’ll be watching the journal and listening out for the tea!!! Good luck to all of you in this endeavor. I want to see all of us Win!!!
Dee Moore I used to work at the FDA. The FDA doesn’t “approve” supplements, only pharmaceutical drugs. They only regulate supplements in a sense so that the companies cannot make certain claims about what they will do for you (I.e. cure cancer). Just an FYI so that people don’t base their decisions (on this or other products) on an FDA approval.
@@daniellenichole9047 Multi Level Marketing. Basically a legal pyramid scheme bcuz there's actual products to sell. The illegal ones are the money looms ppl create. No products, just ppl throwing money in a pot & getting more ppl to add money. One of those "turn your $40 into $400!" scams
Shay Jay Chile Herbalife is still here and going strong. Just saw two associates become “distributors”. Talking about it’s so good but only been using for 2 weeks.
I admire her hustle and her drive. If you want to get technical.....you working a 9 to 5... and the only one rich is yo BOSS or the OWNER of the company. Let her do her thing. She ain't scamming nobody. She getting her hustle on and is not putting a gun to NOBODY head to make them join...buy or sell anything.....and no, I'm not in a MLM but I don't see anything wrong with what she is doing. CBD is legit. The tea is legit and she sells it and has a team behind her. Where is the scam in that? Let her live. Don't try to dim her light because YOU don't like her or you THINK it's a scam.
@@beautifulbeei I have done MLM before, my goal was just to sale the product (no recruiting) and I made an extra $500 a month. I wasnt looking to become a millionaire, I was looking to make an extra $500 to finish paying off my car & I met my goal. It worked for me.
I know a lot about these types of MLMs....some folks aren't in it to make millions. Some are in it just to make a few bucks on the side...like those who work a second job.
This woman definitely has the gift of persuasion. She’s an amazing sales woman! In under 30 minutes she got you to join in. 😁 I don’t want to sell tea or any of those products but I do like her drive and she’s great at motivating and inspiring people. I’ll follow her on Instagram for a motivational boost. Good luck to everyone that is planning on going into this business. Be safe.
I really like Coach Stormy...sometimes when we see a woman especially a black woman we associate their success with negativity. Not everything is a scam.
Charlene Gaskins FOH. She’s a scam artist. Don’t pull the successful black woman rhetoric. That has nothing to do with the negative comments towards her
Right, And a lot of people are formulating their idea about coach stormy from that TV show about the strippers. She did have a nasty attitude on that show but The tea business is not a scam, now the T may be a little over priced but It's definitely not a scam people just don't understand Multi level marketing
I think it would have been a better business move and use of your time for you to curate YOUR OWN useful and tangible product/service that correlates to your brand AND your tribe. This right here ain’t it. I would have been a lot more interested in seeing you chronicle the start up of your own business, the struggles, showing business owners about sales, taxes, marketing, product sourcing etc. over pitching us into MLM. This seems like a lazy move imo. Not too late to rethink this one, Q.
Dineva... I’m a true fan of yours. But when I got my degree is Business Management and My MBA. Them folks taught me all about schemes and clearly you know as well as we do this a scheme. Smh
Network marketing/multi-level marketing and direct sales are taught in business schools as legitimate business structures. They may have added that to the curriculum since you graduated!
Y'all remember he lost his family. He might be depressed and this is why he fell for the okay-doke. Y'all right network marketing is the same damn thang as Multiple level marketing.
@@DivaDen Reading a lot of these comments - I just have to shake my head. It's no wonder African-Americans tend to be at the bottom financially - you don't see the value in entrepreneurship, or in creating networks to help build each other up. Geesh!
@@jaydenpaul7301 First of all a "pyramid scheme" is illegal and a scam because there is no actual product being sold. In multi-level and network marketing - companies that are legitimately operating have products to sell. You do not have to be a representative of a company to purchase the products when the company is a legitimate company. One of my best friends has an MBA as well, and she is a beauty consultant AND rep for a company that sells its products and offers the network-marketing opportunity as well, and she is one of the most conservative and skeptical Black women that I know. Nevertheless, I am sure you wouldn't be walking up to Mary Kay Ash, God rest her soul, to tell her that her company is a scam! That company, for example is legendary in the area of network marketing and in creating female and male millionaires and changing lives for the better across the globe!
This is a predatory sales pitch. How convenient is it that Dineva starts pedaling tea around the same time a lot of his followers have received their stimulus check ☑️ Black women please do not fall for this. I’m very disappointed in Dineva.
Frankly speaking, because you have a following on youtube, you're probably able to build a sizable "team." But realize that you're making money by leeching off your downline, who are likely less well off than you are. It's deplorable. I'm begging you PLEASE don't do this. There are a lot of MLM analysis videos on youtube--please watch them and be aware of the predatory nature of the business model. You have a great personal brand and getting into an MLM will ruin it.
The problem I have is, why they NEVER tell the people about the cosmetic surgeries they’re having and just using all these detox teas and waist trainers to keep it up...They stay deceiving their own kind...Just sad!!! But kuddos to her...
She’s like those hair gurus who host classes for $500, just to teach you some shit you could’ve learned for free! Definitely a scammer. Idk what anyone or the law says, MLMs are scams 😂 PERIOD
I haven't been seeing it on my timeline...I don't know no gotdamn scammers😂 Edit: I'm 42 with a 20 year old and 11 yr old and I look great without any supplements😒 And she know good & gotdamn well she's had some work done😔
My thing about the tea just like flat tummy tea and all those is that they vary for everyone. If you already regular and you poop regular then it's kinda bias to say the tea made you poop. Because afterall you are saying that the tea made you poop and you also claimed you are regularly so how does that help people with irregular bowel movements? Not knocking anyone because everything is a hustle PERIOD. Can't knock the hustle! Thank you funky dineva for featuring coach stormy but how about us lil up and coming entrepreneurs can you promote us even at a discounted rate. Luv ya
She was so evil and off putting on that show. She really turned me off when the girls on the show said that she wanted them to pay for their entry to her seminar. I think it was like $700 per ticket. I feel like it was messed up bc the whole season most of them were singing her praises and for her to flip the script like that was crazy.
I heard a lot of talking about earning potential but nothing about investing...I just don't buy into it cause the products are something I would never buy!
Exactly, I remember getting myself in a pyramid scheme with a weight loss fabric you put on your body to loose weight. I look back at it and laugh because it was material based.
I’m not mad at the motivation and the hustle behind her company. However , I’m aware of the fact that you can use other teas that are WAY MORE AFFORDABLE & can also save you a lot of money. Just by buying healthy things from the grocery can help people lose weight and improve their health. I guess some people lack the motivation & knowledge surrounding nutrition so they rather purchase this tea that everyone seems to be using.
Now isn't these products the same as the SKIN Tea you read for FILTH a few years ago Dineva? Come on are you really supporting this false advertising on your channel? I thought you had more class than this, but none the less carry on....
T. Monet Basically the same products the lady sells from years ago & they just renamed & rebranded. He did a video on the skin tea a few years ago. Feel free to watch it on his channel.
We must really be in the damn apocalypse if Dineva is selling tea LOL I never thought I would see the day. But welcome to the team, I ranked up last month while I was laid off. Y’all should really consider joining!
Its not about the Messenger, but the Message! The richest people in the world will tell you MLM is the way to go! Do your research and make sure the company is STABLE & REPUTABLE! I also went the Service driven MLM way as opposed to Product driven because I'm not a salesperson. Congrats to anyone who takes the leap of faith and bets on THEMSELVES!
I LOVEEEED this interview! I am also in networking marketing and can attest to going from a 9-5 and wanting something more after 2 layoffs then not knowing what I was gonna do to being able to walk away from Corporate America, having complete control of my income and didn't have to spend a bunch of money to do it. I used to be a part of this business. The only reason I stopped was at the time I was in college and it became hard for me to juggle both. I was a bio major and working full time as well. If you don't have that mindset to your own run the business because that is what it is... it's not gonna work
@Funky Dineva, I am surprised to see you come back and do this, but glad you did. I know that the detox teas work...in the past two years, I have lost over 200 pounds, using both the Iaso tea and its successor. I stopped drinking the tea because I was dealing with my Breast cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgeries. I am now a Breast cancer Survivor, and I have started back in the business again, as well as drinking the tea again. At the beginning of the year, I weighed almost 350 lbs and as of today, I am down to 312 lbs....I can't exercise, because I am on crutches and have been recuperating. The tea works!

Funky was playing like he was interested in her story when he really just wanted to get to how she got her “millions” cause he wants a get rich quick scam as well. Rona got a lot of people scuffling around for money. I admire Stormy’s tenacity. Striving is all you can do. She was born into a world she didn’t choose and she learned how to survive by any means necessary. She may be a scammer and people will pass on her products (for whatever reason) I suspect a little envy from some of you. But how many of y’all have IPhones or lace fronts that y’all paid for? That money is going to billionaires that are SCAMMERS on a whole other level. AND THEY ARE EVEN BLACK, but they have y’all support and money, FAITHFULLY, without giving back to our community. This is my first time hearing about this Lady. No one is perfect but we hear about other entrepreneurs who don’t even like us. They do something racist. They get cancelled in social media, but not in real life. All that fake woke talk, but crabs in a barrel is still very relevant I see. I love the benefits of CBD. I may look into those products of hers and try them out. I’m an esthetician and would love to see how it works for the skin. I use a few products from other companies now that I like. I’m gonna take parts from this video that inspire me. Each one teach one. I really could care less about focusing on her“ scamming”. Most of entrepreneurs have cut corners, pissed people off, severed ties and made poor decisions at times. This world is a mess. Just because you ain’t heard about everybody’s personal life in all the details, doesn’t mean that they may not be just like Stormy, while you are knocking her and supporting them. But, do you....

@@trainwithme7152 yes, I totally understand that. Just think tho, 1st of all there are millions of people trying this tea, Secondly there are many factors That contributes to a person having bubbly guts and diarrhea, They could be using the tea too much they could not have enough water, Maybe it doesn't mix well with something else that they're eating or drinking the list can go on and on and on, And thirdly, It is supposed to make you go to the bathroom it's flushing out your Intestines, Which is the whole point of taking the detox tea. So as I say before, It doesn't affect everyone like that although you read hundreds of reviews those reviews were probly out of thousands of people it does doesn't affect everyone the same.
