The driver wasn’t the only witness, the guy who called 911 had the SAME STORY and the police investigation showed nails, a k necklace and hair on the ground from a fight. The witness when he called 911 said he saw the girl shoot the girl. When he got on the stand he changed it to “ I don’t know who shot her”

I’m waiting until the end of this. All the speculations are just that. That is why it’s always best just to wait. We don’t really know what actually happened in the situation because we wasn’t there. All we know is someone got convicted of shooting her.

If the driver knew and saw all of this he could have went to the police and told them why wait until the little boy got locked. And Megan was drunk she probably didn’t know who shot the gun.

The one thing I will say that everyone doesn't pay attention to. Don't y'all think it was strange how we still to this day do not know whose gun it was. They never ran a serial number or registration. I lived In cali born and raised and I'm a gun owner. Your gun gets registered the moment you purchase it, unless it is illegal. (The courts never said the gun was illegally registered either). EJ did say in his testimony that the gun could have been in the girls bag, as Justin (the bodygaurd) did give them a gun for safety. That factor is important, because if it wasn't Tory's gun, then who did it belong to? Tory wasn't charged with owning an unregistered fire arm. Now maybe that's where Kelsey is granted immunity. But the police report did mention a chain being on the ground and signs of struggle with the girls. Lowkey feel like the gun is the key. Because Tory having a history, why would the gun be in the car. And Also why would Megan's stylist EJ who ended up leaving after the situation have a reason to lie about a gun. He said he put the clothes on top of it and did not touch the contents of the bag already inside. The way the driver said it makes much more sense, all Megan knew was the shots came from that direction.

So this is old news and was presented to the court. The defense didn’t use this evidence because it clearly says that he did not see who pulled the trigger.
