The restoration began in 1998 and took over 15 years of dedicated effort by a team of passionate volunteers. This B-29 made a special visit to the Commemorative Air Force's Heart of America Wing at New Century Air Center on June 15, 2024, and we're thrilled to share this rare opportunity to see inside this flying museum.
