I'm a boxing fan and fan of exciting Mexican boxers but this was a master class. Shakur actually stood in the pocket and threw punches to lure the counter punches. He truly is a master of distance perfect use of the Jab. I can't hate on a boxing class.

No, don't make it out to be the powers that be, you're ignoring a whole bunch of context, you have Shakur coming out and disrespecting and humiliating Oscar with the cheating comments and then running away from Oscar those last seconds, that's immature at it's kindest and cruelty at its worst. Then there's the blatant bashing of Shakur on Canelo's legacy, saying Crawford P4P #1, and he beat Canelo. We booed him for a reason. I don't know how it's possible that you think that despite failing a PED test, that someone's character should be beyond even questioning. To play off your words, Oscar failing the PED test was terribly irresponsible at best, and despicable at worst. Honestly, I wasn't a fan of Shakur skipping around at the end either but it definitely wasn't cruel; I think it may have been merciful in his mind, but I don't really know. Oscar had nearly 12 full rounds with Shakur right in front of him and did very little with it, when he should have gone for broke much earlier like Eddie Reynoso was imploring him to do. Shakur didn't bash Canelo by stating his opinion on Crawford. P4P poses the theoretical question, if everybody was naturally in the same weight class, who would come out on top? Shakur and many people believe it would be Crawford. It's just an opinion. Besides that, Shakur explained *prior* to the fight that he was up against not only Oscar, but also Eddie Reynoso, and Canelo who had been very active in helping train Oscar for this fight. So, in beating Oscar, Shakur felt that he was also beating the gameplans and minds of Oscar's entire team (who are touted as the best in boxing); which is pretty true when you think about it. Lastly, I'd say that being a two divsional champion, and not only beating, but dismantling two good and deserving champions back to back, after calling one of them out for over two years is earning it. This is boxing! 🥊
