My husband and I were married at the Old High in 1995. I’m an organist and played part of our wedding service! It was just lovely and the congregation held a reception for us. We came all the way from California! Great memory!

We have returned several times and our son was there last year He has a RU-vid channel called 388 Days and did an episode on The Old High. You might also enjoy his channel, he and his wife retired early and now travel the world. However….there is nothing as wonderful as Scotland. I shared your channel with him.

Let's hope it remains in good hands. Friends of the Old High Church in Inverness have started a crowd funding page on Facebook to try and raise enough money to buy it. Let's hope they succeed. Thanks for your comment.

I appreciate your comment, however it is intended to be a brief snap shot of some of the history. As I say I am no historian, just a very broad view of the church from my perspective. I do appreciate you taking the time to watch it.
