Our Nigerian estate developers are building the same house with standby Generator/inclusive elevator for a price of 300,000 Dollars.. beware

The price of $350,000 Negotiable is too much in my opinion and I agree with the other poster that a price of 230k to 250k is better. This property is in Oyarifa, its not like its in the Airport Residential area, Cantonments, Trasacco or East Legon.

Typically a 2 story home will not have an elevator.
