You helped me for years to get clean I’m 3 half weeks into it I understand you got family and commitments. But I think everyone would love to hear from you I’m struggling big time 3 half weeks I don’t no what to do go back or just end my life in all fairness I’ve lost everyone I’ve ever loved so the mental side is way more than physically withdraws the things I’ve said and done theirs no turning back so I think non existent is the best. I’m glad your doing well I envy your and every life that has family support that’s something I don’t have so I think my best options are to exist this world. Thank you for your help

Im on day 12 since the onset. and on 3 days of walking and lifting 20 lb weights have me coming back out of the fog. LOTS of work to do, i cant believe how much this video helped me this morning.

oh yeah, whenever I don't train for a couple days or a week, I'm grouchy and depressed. I always forget that as an ex-user, lifting weights and playing music are two things that keep me sane.
