Thank you! I'm a young 46 and usually active in dance, jazzercise, walking, pilates, etc...had breast cancer last year and a bad back injury from some yard work. No matter how active I am, I still wake most mornings so stiff and in slight pain. Going to add this to my morning routine after my walk and/or other exercises. Thanks again ❤
