Hey there I found you last night only tried some of your exercise ..I just want to share my problem I am 18 and have seviour back pain lower back pain cause my spine has straightened up according to x-ray I have tried certain medicine given by the doctor but every thing is a temporary solution I am a student so I have to sit all day infront of laptop now my mid back and my hand are also started having pain in them what should I do I don't want to go on medicines ... please help me
Apologies for late reply. The straightening of the spine could be due to muscles, try the mid back pain and core strengthening exercises from the Playlist and let me know if it doesn't help.
Helo mam... I am having mid back pain like when we have sprained mid back... a Sharp pain while bending... I am having this pain for 6 months... I hve taken x ray..doctor said it's because of bad posture... But now also I am having this issue...please help

Hello mem , I do well excercise of neck but mem I thik ke mari gardan atle kanthmani mari bau bhar ave che mane koi gala no rog nathi but ane proper kevi rite karu mem gardan(neck) na snayu proper che koi dukavo nathi pls any solution 🙏?
