Dr. My rt side humerus head was fractured on 27 may 2023. Dr misguided me for nor to operate as it was acceptable displacement. It is joined naturally but wrong position so lots of pain & range of motion is restricted . I am doing physio exercise regularly but whole muscle of arm is so tight & paining.😅what to do
If there is nonunion of the fracture, the physiotherapist in person should be able to help, Exercises and strengthening should help with improving the mobility and strength
