Thank you ma'am. Every month my periods come in a 30 day circle but this month is delayed in 6 days...I am too worried.... This exercise + (Ginger + ajwain+ turmeric) and also healthy dishes like oats is very helpful... Finally my periods came after 6 days. hi my girlies! if you’re watching this everything will be fine. i am almost 3 weeks late and i had scare even though i didn’t engage in any sexual activities in my entire being thinking that i might sat on a toilet that has that thing needed to reproduce. i’ve tried ginger tea, pineapple juice, i’ve also lessen my food intake because i’m obese and i did this exercise 3 times, this morning i prayed a lot and did this exercise, around 11:40am i felt a little cramps and voila, here my period comes!
I did this workout only twice and got my period between the 2nd workout. Anyone having a delayed period and are scared, you are not alone. It is all going to be okay.

My periods was delayed by 15days yesterday night I saw this video actually I was searching to do something so that I get my periods and today morning I practiced the exercise at 9am and got my periods at 12noon. These exercises actually work. I had my date on 23rd sep. I started practicing these exercises and got the result very next day. All you need to repeat them twice or thrice a day in empty stomach for quick result.

These exercises works, for me it take time, I did around 7 days of exercise but got my periods that was delayed 20 days. So don't lose patience in 2-3 days, stay motivated and keep doing....
27 Feb 2024 :: These exercises work guys My periods were 10 days delayed, so on the 11th day(Monday) I started doing this exercise in addition to that I said no for junk food and also I added citrus things in my diet like achars with every meal, so I was continuously doing it in the evening for 5 days but even after five days when I didn't get my periods I lose hope and didn't do it on the 6th day-saturday ( was thinking to visit the doctor on monday )but to my surprise I get my periods the very next day (Sunday). I'm a person who faced harmonal problems in the past ( like ovarian cyst in both ovaries and fibro cystic breast disease- for 3 long years i was on continuous medication ) - so that's why I got emotional and panicked on Saturday that I have to revisit the doctor again and the whole cycle of medication will start again - and I don't like medicines because EATING MEDICINES makes me felt like "not a normal person" because I was on continuous medication from 2020 - Jan 2023. So a big thanks to you, THANK YOU ❤
Girls, trust me this is real ! It works like a charm ! My period was delayed and did this in the evening and I got my period rushing the next morning... For on time periods, daily exercise helps a lot. It also calms down your cramps..
I didn’t get delayed period ever but mostly my period comes a lot at the morning but when it’s night time i don’t get it so I’m doing these hope it works I will tell you about results.

I'm giving genuine feedback on this video...my periods got delayed for 13 days after doing this exercise I got periods after 1 day and before doing this exercise I ate jaggery, sesame ladoos,coconut water....but after doing this exercises I had suffered with lot s of thigh pains for 2days I can't even walk or sitt.. because of this situps and squats..the pain is horrible....

I saw so many positive comments, thought it would work, but GUYS IT DID NOT!! I have a very regular cycle, got 2 days delayed, I have to go for a trip, I did it very dedicatedely, but my periods did not arrive and I have SEVERE PAIN in my thighs, for 3 days, I can't even walk nicely, not only did my periods not arrive now I've to bear this excruciating pain in my legs, sorry didn't work for me (and I work out my thighs daily, never felt this much pain)
