Chicken breast and sweet potato is poverty ? Why would anyone with no money buy chicken breast when chicken thigh is 3-4 times cheaper and normal potatoes are 10 times cheaper ? Also why would you buy the more expensive ones just because you have money, you have them you must get rid of them ?

This is not even food. He took mediocre ingredients and destroyed them. Here are a few flubs just off the top of my head Roasting a starch without olive oil, butter and salt Not smoking, grilling, or braising the chicken in the tomato puree Covering the cooked chicken in some crap juice instead of marinating the meat with an acid and the juice mixed together Not using some fresh and bright vegetable garnish to offset the deep rich flavor of meat. For example a garnish of cucumber, or parsley, or cilantro, or lemon. A basic bruchetta would have provided a nice contrast that would complement the flavor of the chicken. Not murdering the tomatoes by liquefying them.
