Existential this and existential that... and everything seems to be an existential threat. I think the real Existential threat in the US is the media and in this video I explain why. I have not made any new videos the last couple months, instead uploading prerecorded videos from the Relocation Retreat back in June. Also in this video an update on the carnivore diet I have been on.

The Russian people know the State uses the media to promote their cause. There is no dissenting viewpoints. The Chinese people, DITTO. The majority of the folks who live in the US don't seem to realize this about the 'corporate media'. This is the biggest threat to democracy and the real existential threat. That's my only point.

Hola Michael , I have been on my carnivore lifestyle for 8 months now. So many healing benefits and also weight loss and lost inches. I feel amazing and don't ever want to go back to traditional American Diet. I don't miss the carbs , sugars or veggies. I know now those foods kept me sick.for most my life . Good to see you!

Always on point, corporate media is awful and pervasive in North America especially. I'm glad to hear you calling them out, I'm hoping it helps more people wake up at see what's happening. There are no good options as far as political candidates go, both in the US and Canada. The bias of media only distorts what is real, instead of telling it like it is. Mike… Costa Rica goes with the term Pura Vida… talking about American politics in this time and age causes division and loss of friendships and even some sense of relationships…. Religion and politics should never be talked about in this platform… the existential threat is division…

Michael, you should consider Carnivore to be a lifestyle, not a "diet." I lost over 60 lbs by adopting a "low to no carb" philosophy over a year ago. I have the occasional carbs now, maybe a beer or glass of wine also, but these are in moderation. I wonder what oils you are using/consuming. Getting rid of seed oils is THE most important thing you can do for health maintenance and longevity.

@@martingayle5376 Yeah.. I was loosely using the word diet. I have eaten good my entire life. I like to switch it up... vegan, more plant based.. low carb..water fasts, carnivore.. I'm not really ever dieting, just switching things up from time to time. But always low carb. I use olive oil. Congrats on the new lifestyle and losing 60 lbs. 😊

Hey Michael, I could not agree with you more, we have known for years that Joe was not capable or coherent enough to run the country, even back in 2020, but it appears that he was a puppet for a group of others including maybe previous administrations. Hopefully the rest of the country will figure out what is going on, including how far left Kamala is, even more so than Bernie Sanders. All I, and most of my friends hope for is that the rest of the country opens their eyes and figures it out. Like Trump said the other day " we are ‘close’ to World War III"..........No bueno!

Food is a world issue the USA and Canada is not exempt, most groceries come in from other countries so how could it be lower in these 2 nations. Government wont change that.

Technically, she's got the same problems as Biden had in his later years,,, she's not good off the cuff and she talks in generalities and not specifics. Im wondering if you were to do a low carb high plant based protein diet if you wouldnt get the same results. Ive been using mostly pea protein and have been losing weight and becoming leaner that way. Unfortunately due to recenly diagnosed heart disease in March and triple bypass surgery May 22, Im not able to eat meat, dairy, or anything with saturated fat in it. Im now convinced its 90% genetic though as I was living a pretty clean life, never smoked, havent had a drink in 33 years, but yet developed blocked arteries you would expect to see in somepne 30 years older. My father died of blocked arteries at 53 and my mother at 67.

Mike, it's the same on both sides. No one on the medias left is talking about Trump constantly confusing Nacy Pelosi and Nikki Haley or Biden and Obama, which happens all the time. Many of his statements are downright incoherent. I'm not trying to defend Biden, I a registered independent and I think he's done a piss poor job, but everyone on the left acts like Trump is some kind of saviour and doesn't have these same issues.

It's not the coffee. Its the saturated fats you put in the coffee. Use unsweetened almond or oat milk or drink black.

@stonecol9 It appears like that, but if you give up saturated fat and all dairy, you will be amazed at what happens within a couple of weeks. Due to a failed cardiac stress test and recently diagnosed heart disease in March, I became a vegan as the only diet shown to stop the progress of heart disease is a diet free of animal fats and saturated fats of any kind. Everyone is different, but what happened in my case, felt miraculous. Within two weeks of becoming a vegan, all signs of acid reflux disorder were gone. And I've been suffering on and off from a severe debilitating form of reflux disorder since 2011. Winds up the reflux disorder was masking Angina. Ive added fish like salmon and white albacore tuna back into my diet and experimented with vegan meat and cheese substitutes, but what I noticed was that any vegan substitute with saturated fat in it from palm or coconut oils can cause me to have an acid reflux disorder attack. What Ive also noticed is that I'm able to drink black coffee or coffee with almond or oat milk and jars of tomato sauce with no acid reflux at all. Something I couldn't even imagine before becoming vegan/pescatorian.
