I have a 3 year old EPI dog who was diagnosed at 5 months of age. We've found that low fiber and B-12 supplementation really helps. The magic number according to the EPI4dogs foundation, is 4% fiber. We switched to a 4% product and my poor dog has been doing very well. It was really a struggle to find a food product that worked for her. We probably went through a half-dozen brands of kibble.
