How much data do 10 second videos use. And is there different quality options for video requests like standard and HD ?

Why cant Exodus just come up with plans that charge only by the amount of actual data used each month by cameras collectively?? Seems that is truly the EASIEST plan to implement. I feel I am a pretty typical camera owner; I have many and put them in different areas. The amount of data used will differ on each camera based on many factors, most of which are NOT controllable. Seems like someone could come up with plans similar to what I am describing. Your thoughts??

If you use your camera 6 months out of the year and you stop it the second 6 months do you still have to pay the $7 per month? Thanks

I have two render cell cams. I'm not a tech guy..I'm old. So what if I may ask is formatting your SD card? And what is firmware? I've read the owners manual many times, I guess I need someone to explain. One cam seems to work for a few months then it don't. Usually SD card full or batteries too low to send 86 miles. Seems long way to travel to get it going again. Don't get me wrong..I still love it.

Can u run it for 4 months out the year and shut it off when season is over ?
