So what is the easiest/safest way to convert (sell) your crypto in cash terms (i.e USD/EUR). None of the various Exodus videos on RU-vid seem to address this.

Great question! That's typically because there are so many variations associated with it is my guess. For example, I don't advise people to sell on Exodus or other platforms like Ledger Live because it costs too much (ie. Moonpay charges a spread on the price of the asset and then charges a fee typically... absolute joke!). You're better off sending it to another Exchange to convert/sell or selling to another private individual.

Yes. If you’re wanting to sell down the road, I’d recommend having accounts on other exchanges. You CAN sell on Ledger Live but I don’t recommend it because of the fees I’ve seen in the past. Isn’t worth it in my opinion.

Hey Dre, great questions. There is no "linking" going between CB and Exodus. You'll need to transfer your BTC over to your BTC wallet on Exodus. Your BTC will continue to fluctuate no matter where it's at... think of it like gold or silver... whether it's in a bank vault or in your home, the price of that asset continues to fluctuate with the market.

Great question... if someone steals your 12 or 24 keyword seed phrase and steals your crypto assets, they are gone and you can not reverse the transactions. This is why it is extremely important to NEVER put your keyword seed phrase on a phone, computer or any digital application. In terms of your "tracking" question... you could track the crypto address that they sent the crypto assets to, but good luck getting anything back.

You would have to create a new wallet, possibly on another device, and send your funds to the new wallet. Can't change the seed phrase.

Transfer money to your exchange, such as Coinbase, then from Coinbase transfer to your wallet.

Select the option to Buy Crypto. If you don't want BTC, ETH or another crypto asset... select a stable coin like USDT or USDC. Keep in mind, Exodus uses Moonpay and they will charge you an arm and a leg to buy through your debit/credit card. My opinion is to purchase elsewhere where you don't have to use Moonpay, they are terrible.

I really love this wallet for its ease of use. It’s very user friendly. Without the 2 factor authentication though, I question how secure it is. I use it off and on but don’t feel it’s as secure as I would like it to be. I do have a quick question for you. I have several wallets. Perra, Terra station, exodus, Ledger and so on. My question is do I have e to restore all of these wallets from a seed phrase every time I purchase a new phone? Usually iPhones will transfer everything over from one device to another. Or is it best to just delete all wallets and restore them with seed on new device? I will be buying a new iPhone soon, and never really thought about this until now. 🤣🤣🤣 I love your videos and how you explain everything so clear and step by step. You’re awesome. Hey D.J., I personally haven't used Trust wallet but know of other YTers who do and like it. Might do a video on Trust wallet down the road. I do recommend Exodus wallet because of how easy it is to setup, functionality and they also don't ask for much when setting it up unlike Coinbase, Gemini or others (and yes I know that Gemini is an Exchange, but you get what I'm saying).

If you're purchasing on CashApp, click on the "Buy" button within the BTC section. When you want to send your BTC to an Exchange, click on the icon that looks like a paper airplane (it means that you want to "send" your BTC).
