It's strange, childrens shows have a variety of deep, nuanced stories that delves in a wide array of human experiences. I know MeatCanyon said this is the end, but I get the feeling that it's only the end for now. With Jesse still gone and Chris Kyle swearing vengeance, I think he tied up just enough loose ends to satisfy the viewers but left enough open so that the series could potentially be expanded in the future if he wanted. Regardless of whether or not we ever get to see Monster Lab again, I can't wait for whatever projects MC has in store. Thank you for taking us on such a wild ride.

@@sashka9399 A lot of people only watch the shorts and won't give Monster lab a chance. I wouldn't expect him to have his team put as much detail as the shorts into monsterlab. Not to mention ML is story oriented . He put more effort into setting the story up and creating unique characters. But if you personally ask me the details are really nice. A lot of background extras.

@@sashka9399 you can have your opinion but honestly I didn't mind the animation quality, also it's understandable since this isn't a 3 minutes short but a full length episodic series so to keep consistent with the schedules some cuts had to be made, but even then I still enjoyed the characters, humour and silly plot. For a RU-vid animation this is pretty good content, personally I think it could rival most if not all animated series from big networks such as adult swim, fox and cn

In love with this series, beginning to end. I guess my only gripe was that I would've liked a few more episodic "helping the community" episodes before we got into the Chris Kyle endgame, but if my only complaint is that I wanted more of this series then I think that's a pretty good thing lol. I really hope those Uno plushies go back on sale, and I seriously cannot wait for a season 2!

This was such a great finale. The final battle with Chris Kyle was basically all of them working together, which is exactly what I thought it’d be for the last few episodes. And I did think King would get back on the force, it’s too bad he declined the offer. But at least Katz and Uno have no welcomed him into their family, something I was NOT expecting. But I loved how everything came full circle in the end with the gang in the living room watching that dumb infomercial and sucking on floating purple straws like in the beginning of the series. Meatcanyon, this was such a great concept and I truly enjoyed it. Definitely beats some of the crap on tv these days. There’s so much potential for a second season, you should really consider it.

It was nice to see someone actually show Thrones, Seraphim, and Cherubim performing their divine duties in line with angelic lore instead of just running the "be not afraid" gag again. The angel heirarchy is a seriously interesting subject when you look further than them just being "scary cosminites", I mean these beings essentially do the footwork of maintaining the universe as we know it.

Nono let's not fall into this trap guys. Everything sucks today because we want more and more and more and we don't let it end when it should end. Every main characters arc has been resolved. There's nowhere left to go, nowhere with as much soul anyways and nowhere near the writing quality because everyone's wrapped up mostly. I look forward to a different project, a different story when he wants to tell it to us.

I really liked this finale. Took a much more wholesome turn than I was expecting, with King changing for the better and all that. Would've loved to see what ultimately became of Jesse, as he was my favorite character on the show, but that's not enough for me to take points off. Also, I really liked the visual of Chris Kyle forming his battle armor out of biblically accurate angels.

just discovered this show and watched every episode back to back, love every episode! Theres actual plot thats funny and doesn't take itself serious. The scene with the monsters drinking beer reminds me of king of the hill.

What the heck dude. I liked the series a lot, and I liked the characters, but by the end...? I... loved it? I found myself actually pinched by suspense, and rooting for the characters. I really cAred about them and what happened. When Katz began his speech to God, about trying to solve his problems by helping others? Well, I instantly began to tear up. It hit hard enough to get me emotional out of nowhere. This show has an amazing knack for taking ghastly characters, then making them grow on me until I'm cheering for them. I honestly feel proud of them all and was so happy to see everyone smiling together at the end. It was so wholesome. I can't help but wish this show had a hundred episodes eheh 💙💙💙 Thanks meat man!!

Monster Lab on the whole has had some excellently animated moments, but this finale was on another level! Impressive drawings, tweens, and frame by frames all over this one. Monster Lab, and Meat Canyon on the whole really, is the sort of project I'd have never expected RU-vid to be able foster, a genuinely TV quality independent RU-vid series. What the Meat Canyon team has accomplished here is truly special, and I hope everyone involved feels proud of that!

Hunter you're an incredible man. Not only did you make a wonderfully weird and off-putting work of art here, you also managed to add some meaningful character development and words of wisdom without it seeming forced. The juxtaposition of the jokes interspersed between the very meaningful dialogue kept everything in balance wonderfully. We are blessed to have someone like you walking this earth and I'm glad that weird and intelligent adult cartoons didn't die with Rick and Morty's 3rd season. I think you and your team did a great job! I watched your video where you talked this down as being done for the wrong reasons - impostor syndrome and all that - but this is a sweet little series! As a kid growing up in the 70s and 80s, I was constantly wishing my cartoons had actual narrative arcs. With the exception of the Warner Bros. stuff which was clearly strictly episodic. The only relief I found was in Star Blazers. Anyhow, every time I see a series arise that follows a complete arc, it makes me so happy! Congrats on your sweet little series!
