This is a very nice background to the Little Office for anyone wanting to know the parameters. I must admit that in all the years I since I was enrolled in the Brown Scapular, I have had a terribly difficult time getting my schedule organized. Of course, I am disabled and I have very little help at home, so it is chaos. I keep coming back to this little video, though, and it helps center me in my resolve to get my schedule better organized. It's inspiring! So, I recommend it.
