That's great you can grow cymbidiums outdoors all year round! I keep mine outdoors in summer but bring them in when it's cold and they do bloom nicely for me. Looking forward to seeing your orchids mounted on the tree and happy growing 😊
Hi Dee Dee. It is indeed a beautiful tree and very appropriate for epiphytics. Cymbidium are terrestrials, with a type of roots that might not attach to the trunk 🤔 So I am looking forward to see how it works 🤞
Hi Fernanda 👋🏻 I was thinking the same until I saw pictures of them growing on trees in the wild. I’ll probably try some sort of netting to hold in some moss and a bit of soil to encourage settling in. If I see any problems it will be coming down!
