To kind. The man was nice the place was a dump even fix up. I have nerve in 75 yrs ever stay at a place like that. Thank you but you raved about it to much. There was no kitchen.
Such a nice beach pad. if the other two can be brought up to the same spec, would be nice, but the first one is still the best of the best... so lucky he was
The next time I go to Subic, I am going to contact you. Your videos are informative and you appear to be a decent person. I need a place for long term that won't break the bank.
He is living the dream, for ONLY $200 per month. Meanwhile I am paying $3000 per month for a one bedroom condo here in Australia. I hope Philippines opens up soon!!!!
Philippinos love their karaoke and love to blast it. Besides that you've got the constant sound from roosters and barking dogs. Just have to get used to that i suppose.
@@keithd1219 I like busy and lively towns. But that was annoying. It could seriously depress me. Roosters too. As for dogs, barking aside, the idea that a pleasant stroll down to the convenience store in the evening, could become suddenly less pleasant because a bunch of dogs - or even one - roaming around dimly lit streets, carrying on or acting territorial, is a thought that never crossed my mind, but suddenly- POW! I suspect that it is a reality too. I think I will need a lot of medications.
@@mebeasensei The street dogs have never bothered me. And it depends where you are....in Manila in can be quite dangerous but ive never had a problem. I suppose any place that is impoverished where there's a desperation some people may choose to do a crime ...thats everywhere. I've never felt my life was in peril traveling but I keep alert and vigilant. If you're by yourself, drunk and in a bad area you're rolling the dice....common sense in my opinion.
wow. overpriced. no white sand beach. I am on Panglao, P8,000 per month. Swimming pool and a short walk to white sand beach of Alona beach. Subic bay? yuck. Only an ausie would live in Subic area
@@terrybuchanan1 lol it certainly is a universal annoyance but you get the Trifecta there with the dogs, roosters and kareoke. I was in a nice quiet peaceful hotel in Angeles sleeping soundly when I heard a marching band blasting into my room. I couldn't believe it but down below in the middle of nowhere a marching band was practicing.....i can't win! Lol
