There is freeway noise but that’s the trade off if you want to live in a city you will have road noise. Complimentary valet for guests. Some people don’t mind the noise some do
@courtneybentley Some noise is okay. I currently live in an urban high rise and have a lot of traffic and other street noise. Freeway noise can be quite rough, however. Perhaps if I am super high up or facing the opposite direction I could manage it (although I would probably have to give up on a view of the strip in this case).
Las Vegas has condos at all different price points, it’s best to figure out with a lender your budget and work from there I have an amazing lender I can connect you with just message me so I can assist you on getting started
@@courtneybentley From the video at this point ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-O7k-_iOoI78.html it is clear that there is some other unit or some other building that "could" see into this unit at night (probably not during the day due to tinted glass) unless the shades were drawn.
The asking price is $1.4 million. I think it is going to sell at around $1.25 million. It has fantastik views. (I'm no expert at all, just voicing my opinion that nobody asked for) 😉
@@rickjobs638 no why do you say that? Have you ever dealt with elevators and contractors in a high rise building? It’s not that simple and takes more time and effort compared to renovating a house
$1.4M would be an all-time 10-unit record for Martin (at least, all-time going back to like 2014). I don't have access to the MLS database so I have to dig for numbers the hard way. Unit 1910 sold for $1.21M in February and holds the current 10-unit record, as best I can determine. 1910 was also recently renovated, came fully furnished, on a higher floor, with TWO parking places. It's kinda all about the quality of upgrades, I think, and I'm not qualified to compare. (I won't be offended if you remove my comment, Courtney. I understand if you're not a fan of people price comparing on your videos. :)
NO disrespect to you personally but just referring to the property itself..1210 is already not a lucky feng shui #, $1500 HOA...WOW!!! building seems old for this HOA pricing..$1.4 M is just too much for this ..obviously this is for people with $$$$$.
Thank you for your comment $1500 HOA is actually on the average for a high rise with all of these amenities some HOAs are even higher like Veer. It’s important to see what it includes and how the building is managed and maintained. I don’t know much about Feng Shui but I do know there is a balance with it, like if the numbers aren’t good you can balance that out with other elements, is this true?
@@courtneybentley That's crazy, 1500 is 1500..that's for the rich. Someone who owns a 400k house and drives a 60k car is poor.. Many people like to front what they have when its unnecessary. 1+2+1+0=4 and 4 is bad luck to the Chinese culture. You will see many properties end with 4 (single digit) having problems such as selling or injuries from the owner. But the unit is not what I would go for, bz even I buy it, issues will arise in the future. I bet it's been sold or tried to sell a few times.
For that much money I can go buy a three-bedroom in turnberry and blow half a million dollars on a renovation 1.4 million on a two-bedroom especially in the middle of a building if you're paying that kind of money when those two bedrooms in that building go for what 575 to 700 you're talking double the price it's not really worth it but nice unit nonetheless
Hey Jeff thank you for your comment, first off if you look at that square footage those units are about 1100 feet where this is 1962 feet with an extra bathroom and a balcony. I would also say comparing building to building makes a difference so you can’t really compare them based on location and amenities. Remodeling a unit to this level takes time and the cost to do so post covid would be more than we are selling this unit for. Have you remodeled a unit in a high rise before? It’s not easy! If you were to price this unit what would you say it will sell for?
I'd say that a place due to the size. And such and where it's located in the building because they have other units in that same building that are on much higher levels. That are going for in between 575 and 700 I'd say even though it's renovated in all that it's a decent renovation 850 to 975 tops.
