The government is in cahoots with the party at fault. Individuals are routinely prosecuted for far less. There isn’t really a question what is going on. No one wants to be responsible for the expense of an appropriate clean up. No problem= No liability

What I find absolutely interesting is how Senator Sherrod Brown isn't talking about this any further... especially since I managed to get emails from their campaign to help them.... doesn't that showcase what he really is in that he's not going to make more noise about this? That he's essentially another lying mouthpiece of the establishment much like JD Vance?! edit: and just how complicit Ohio's governor is to this much like the governors of Michigan for Flint?

@@katiekane5247I completely agree, was just thinking that I would try to stay on topic as best as I can. I'm sure it's happening at least in some fashion in each state.... between what's happened in Flint, the issue with the Mat Asphalt plant in Chicago, etc... heck even the issue with lead in the water.. I even wonder why we need to sign the lead waivers to get an apartment in the Chicago suburbs... why can't they make sure that we have clean drinking water?!

I live less than a block away from the derailment. In the beginning of March I was raking my leaves in my backyard and you could smell it.

Early on, just after the explosion, I watched a video filmed by one of the average guys with a camera, don't remember who. He had footage of EPA air monitors covered with plastic bags mounted on street sign posts.

Hell nobody's asked or answered my question when they dug up that chemical spill in East Palestine what did they do with what they dug up and took away did they just put it on one of their trains is it traveling across the country forever and ever or did they dumped it in somebody else's backyard see no one ever asks or answers these questions instead they only asked the pertinent ones that are right in front of your face why did they do it who cares why they did it they did it what happened to what they said they cleaned up did they dumped it in someone else's backyard or did they dumped it into mine

I do know the waste water was destined for a treatment facility in Baltimore that is on the Chesapeake Bay. I think that plan was stopped. Dirt was to be trucked to Texas?

@@paulhare662one of the facilities scheduled for taking the waste had no facilities to take care of it. They weren't happy about being called either. Oddly enough, another journalist who's looked into this and other touchy subjects is getting it from all angles. Can't even put his name or website here or my comment will disappear.

Please go away. When they first started hauling it, they took it to a place in Texas and just dumped it out like they were dumping garbage in a big landfill.

Please go away.. Yeah. I was following it real close and people on RU-vid were covering. What was going on around where they were One truck load got about 40 miles away and tipped over in the barrow. Pit. on the interstate and people knew this bad stuff.

Yeah clean up the pollution in East Palestine and where exactly did they dumped it in someone else's neighborhood or they did they dump into my neighborhood the ocean so if you clean up your pollution one place where exactly does it go once it's cleaned up I wonder why no one ever asked that question
