I’ve done the Baking Soda, Listerine, Vinegar soak, love it. And just feels good on your feet. I use the cheaper store brand original gold “listerine”.

Hello doctor, I am following you from Morocco. I had heel pain. A month later, it spread to the arch, then to the ball of the foot, then to the ankle. My entire foot became sore. I feel an electric spark in the instep and outer side of the foot. Medications, stretching and ice did not help. I have been in a wheelchair for 4 months and cannot put my feet on the floor. MRI is fine. Good nerve and muscle mapping. All tests are good, but I cannot walk. please help. I'm ready for anything
