I have been so emotional lately- I had two crying spells just out of the blue! I had no idea why I was crying. Just felt profoundly sad and depressed. And lately I've wanted to go far away from everyone and everything- no phone no kids no work etc. this really stinks

I'm 51 still having periods but they're changing. I'm having many hot flushes, can't sleep well at night but I'm very tired during the day. Putting on weight seemingly every day. I feel nauseated if I go more than a couple hours without food. Also I very often feel like I'm going to faint and I have brain fog and poor memory.

I find videos on menopause frustrating more often than not. Most of what you see is about peri menopause or menopause, but nothing about everything that come AFTER menopause, which can be way more dangerous than say, hot flashes. I mean don't get me wrong, hot flashes are bad and all, but doesn't reducing your estrogen levels leave you at risk AFTER menopause for heart attack and Alzheimer's ? Kind of a big deal. Also, it would be great to have an open discussion about chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, and what that can do to our bodies as women. I eat an incredibly focused diet, but I've been taking care of my intellectually disabled son for 29 years and it's taking a toll. I think there are a lot of us out here that have had to deal with chronic stress for years or even decades and we're falling apart by the time we hit 50 in spite of our best efforts. I'm 55 post menopausal with a family history of heart attack, is reducing my estrogen levels really good advice for me ?

Wormwood is a potent herb, and I agree that botanicals should not be used without careful guidance from someone who understands them. Prescription anti-parasitics can work very well, and we address parasites all the time using a variety of botanicals. Appreciate your comment!

Thank you for a very informative lecture. I am currently in menopause with mild to moderate symptoms and my question is in regards to adding supplements to help with insomnia, night sweats belly fat which supplements would you Recommend on a top three list?
