I agree with this 100%. The key is also being in the right proportion everywhere. This guys body looks like mine but he is more defined. He looks amazing.
You ever look at men’s physique or even classic physique? And the top body builders still need to focus on form just as much if not more as these guys because of the amount of weight they’re moving
40 this year. Used to go to the gym but not for at least a decade. I'm 6'5" 20 stone (280 pounds) I don't look fat particularly but I feel like shit. I walk the dog and me heart pumps so hard. Starting the gym in about 45 minutes and I'm a bit nervous. I will do cardio for 15-20 minutes then hit the weights. I'll increase cardio over the weeks. I will drop back here in 1 year to say how it's gone. God bless
Wicked cool & simple video. 🙏 Nice to see bodybuilders that are not freakish and look attainable with discipline to technique and hard work. Just getting back into natural bodybuilding after 20 year break and forgot so many simple things. Been in MMA and indoor/outdoor climber. Look forward to (RE) learning the right stuff. 🤘
Absolutely. These freaking lookish "goals". Bigger bigger, more gear, more needles. Why is looking unatural becoming more and more the goal of guys? Is it because of media and superhero/actionheroes/comicheroes with unnatural physiques? This here is so much healthier and sexier. Lol
The best exercise is the one that works for you. Dont let ANYONE tell you different. We all have different genetics/lever. Find the one that works for you
@@FitMediaChannel I’ve done some of them today ,is machine better or free weights,I’m sure free weights?but your training is great 👍 will help me a lot better thanks,
I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a bad. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.
I was going to the gym for awhile and I got away from it once summer hit. The form I do have has gotten me more attention from women. It has given me a confidence boost for sure.
I am 14 and skinny, I plan on building muscle but have no knowledge whatsoever regarding how to go about this, what's the best possible routine for me to follow?
Pretty decent video but disappointed... they left out rear shoulders and if there is anything usually lacking on an average gym rat it's rear shoulders. *A little tip I learned many years ago... when doing bar curls(E-Z bar or straight bar) besides not swaying and keeping your arms pinned by your side... focus squeezing your grip with extra focus on your pinkies... it turns up the intensity of the contraction! Cheers! 💪🏻💥👍🏻
Does building muscle on chest slow a persons speed for boxing and other combat sports etc, does anyone know please. And why is it better to do seated dumbell press for shoulders instead of standing dumbell press etc. Why is it so difficult to get stronger with side/lateral dumbell raises, and it's especially more difficult to raise both dumbell st the same time. Again why is it so difficult to improve get stronger at rear shoulder raises with dumbells. Great video thankyou.
Muscle makes you stronger and faster, it doesn't matter if you do seated or standing dumbbell press, and side lateral raises are harder because ur holding the weight far away from you
@Mr Tao how long should I sleep please. Consuming Sufficient protein is a problem sometimes because of poverty but I try and train hard in my opinion. Thankyou I really appreciate your help peace and blessings.
You don't need a gym to get into outstanding physical fitness. It all comes down to what you are after. What type of fitness are you interested in, bodybuilding or real-world transferable strength?
exactlyyyy!! These exercises will get you his body on a great cycle. If you’re natty, you’re gonna have to eat all day, and work twice as hard, to look half as great, in double the time.
I’m a little late but as long as you hit each muscle group at least twice a week you’ll see gains. I started with full body workouts and transition to an upper/lower split
Finally someone with good, clear and easy exercise to follow. Finally someone with a natural physique that is achieveable without needing to use 10 needles a day.
