The main ingredient in Thermacell is Allethrin. Which can be fatal to cats, bees, and fish and should not be used indoors or around pets, even if they’re outside.
@@LCx829 Yeah, they bite me too! So I make my own bug spray just to avoid all that toxic stuff, and it works really well. I mix these ingredients: filtered water, isopropyl alcohol, vegetable glycerin, lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, and citronella essential oil. The trick is making sure the scent is really strong when you spray it on your skin. You won’t notice the scent once it dries, but those little vampires will. Hope it helps. 🦟
hahahaha smh you never lied. i started putting on those umbrella plastic bags you get from publix on my feet then putting my socks over them, works like magic. also they tend to find its way on your back neck and i place a jacket over me but these Muthafukers be finding its way some how to get something to drink. lol
The Bug Bite Thing does NOT work for me at all!!! We bought two and they NEVER work. We keep using them hoping they would magically work one day but they never do! Their marketing is so shifty because they make it seem like it's this groundbreaking successful product!
Because what works for some doesn’t always work for others. Mosquitoes are attracted to a number of things from blood types, certain chemicals in our breathe like lactic, octenol, and uric acid, to the carboxylic acids that are produced on our skin. That’s why some people have success with products like these and others don’t.
