I'm think of taking study permit for my wife so that I can switch to SOWP to buy time. Or raise a dummy WP extension profile. I don't want to leave my job and also no intention to continue study.

10:00 Better get a US visa l, go to US on visit for 6 months. Find a US citizen or green card holder and get married. Much superior option that substandard Canadian PR. I am a canadian PR, studied and worked in US. For tech workers, USA is much superior than Canada in all aspects.

Hello Sahil! Amazing video! My work permit expires in two months , I am waiting to get the nomination and already to late to think about a bowp. I have two options in mind, getting a lmia exemption or getting an extension to remain as a tourist,. One question, my trv expires in November, can I apply for a visitor visa now?

My pgwp expired on July 9th due to passport expiry. Sent my first extension application on June 20th and second on July 10th via letter but no response from customer service. I initially tried doing it online but they don’t allow extensions through online. Today the customer rep asked me to ‘courier’ a third application with the status restoration amount 384$. I have my TRV on the passport but I was told I can’t stay in the country for more than 90 days after the pgwp expiration. I’m so worried and nervous. Can you please help

I keep telling myself what you said, keeping myself in cec will be good. But does it even matter now ? It’s been 2 years since cec draw? So it’s safe to say cec as general or “all programs”? Honest question

i would like to seek for advice, my PGWP is expiring in 7th feb 2024 and I got notice of interest from ontario nomination office and i have submitted my OINP application. Any idea what I should do now? since my PGWP expiring while waiting for OINP nomination approval . But then one of the requirements for OINP is that I will need to stay employed with my current company until I have received my PR. But I will need to stop working when my PGWP expires.

You can apply for wp extension and get into applied status (anyway its going to get rejected, but you will get some more time , hopefully 1 or 2 months) , if u r lucky you will get the approval in bw that time

I have been working in Canada since 2021 . I got my ITA and submitted my ITA on Jan 25 2024 , Also i applied for Bridge Open work permit on Jan 28 2024 . No you can only apply work permit if you applied under EE( means got invitation and submitted file ) . Just applying for OINP doesn’t qualify you for wp.

No, that's just for the travel to india and reentry to canada. You will need to apply for visitor visa.
