Technically Duke used to be a skeleton, therefore a skeleton did build the chairs.

So, hear me out. everything started because of skeletons making a chair, and flameheart is sitting in a chair and he's a bad guy right. but the pirate lord is also sitting in a chair. Does that mean the pirate lord is also a bad guy, because he also has a chair and no other good guys have chairs

So where we are at is pretty much to guys having a classical chair off to see whos butt gonna last longer. I see I see very… interesting

The chairs were actually built by a barrel at the Lagoon of Whispers

But Duke is a former skeleton so "skeletons" was the right answer for who built the chairs.

I love that Rare tries so hard to give each season a "title" but always end up wiht only "season whatever" on the menu so no one remembers that title anymore...
