Separation in RANGE and MOVEMENT are keys that can help improve your hitting.
Each part of the sequence is separated by distance to some degree. This separation creates a stretch that we can use to power the movement.
Each part of the sequence is also separated by the action, meaning each part is moved independently and overlaps the previous. This transfers the energy from one part to the next, reaching the ball and following through.
Training for separation should be optimized to improve both parts! Of course, there are other areas we need to work on, and what you may need will depend on the athlete.

Congratulations on the content on your channel. However, there is something that catches my attention... The attacker does not have what I call recovered balance. He lands, that is, he falls, throwing all the weight on one leg, which will certainly overload the limb in question. Do you have any justification why this happens?
