@@gurujojo8992 Why would you go to Holborn from Beaconsfield when trains from Beaconsfield to London Marylebone depart around 3 times an hour. Journey time from just over 23 minutes on a direct train to the heart of the capital. I live in Berkhamsted on the same line as Milton keynes but 5 stops closer to London and it takes 35 minutes on a fast train. There is no counter argument for convenience and time into london. On top of that Milton Keynes is not a very nice area.
So the owners decided to get planning permission for part of their garden then build two small houses to make the most money. 1.8 mill to sit in a room and stare at you neighbors.
laughs in american. if you buy a home for that in USA you've got a private gated entrance and at least 2 acres of land with no neighbors. and a pool, with a pool house etc. So strange to see how little your money stretches in other countries.
@@anglonig1 I used to live in Bucks and know the market. California destroys it. I know live in Cheshire, and that easily rivals Bucks. This house is £900K overpriced.
For the value I expected a bit more. The hallways are too narrow, the first reception room could have been bigger and the bathroom as well as dressing room for the first room.
£1.85m and not integral dishwasher, amazes me how they make decisions, hard enough sell for that price being bumped up against your neighbour, utility room with no cupboards, so many trees no sun, but some very nice touches, design and finishes excellent. Cost of living in the south!
Nice house ,overpriced especially because there's a massive house just a footstep away which is strange and off putting for a house nearly worth 2 million!! And garden is small!!
Another beautiful home. I prefer yesterday's house price of £700.000 tho🤣 l do have to say - how respectful you both are, that you take your shoes off in every single property that you tour. Also as a couple you both are sooo cute🤗😆
Summer made an interesting observation about the rear door to the utility room, it is fully glazed. That would concern me for burglary , I would hope that the door from the interior of the house would have the ability to be locked so that burglars cant gain access to the rest of the house .The garage looks a good size for a large car , the tiles are better than concrete , for that normally gets so dusty . 2 microwaves ? 2 ovens yes i can understand that . I like the pantry and auto lighting the colour of the shelves i like too. I like the idea of the many doors to the outside access. The units in the cinema room are wonderful. The Master bedroom at the rear is a great size, enough room at the bottom of the bed and surrounding to not have to inch your way around it , brilliant large wardrobes. One thing you didnt pick up on , the double electric sockets in the wardrobe mirror, handy if you are styling your hair .The large rectangular sink is NOT practical.
Beautiful house and layout. Not overly extravagant but very nice. Beaconsfield is a really nice area. We have a 3 bed down the road in a close part of Buckinghamshire. Nowhere near as big as this but very nice too. 😁
In Europe, or Portugal at least, this would never be called a 6 bedroom house!! It’s more like a 4 bedroom +2 (T4+2) as those rooms are too tiny, no closet space, and barely can fit a good sized bed with walking space
I'm from Portugal and this house it's to small for the price, even if is a very desirable place and a rich place, the areas in my country or Europe would be much much bigger than this maybe the double, even if is a place desirable like this
Haha we saw that! Not sure where they make up their headlines tho... we've never been questioned about advertising properties/ASA regulations and all our videos comply😂 but hey ho :)
This might be great for two families who are related and don't mind having one pop over or peek in. Like one family and the other the grandparents. Or something like that at least will make more sense
Wouldn’t it be lovely if both properties were bought by one family, maybe a mum and dad in one and their newly married daughter or son in the other etc. I don’t think it could work if the neighbours were strangers because the houses are too close ❤️
Finally a garage that's connected to the utility room. So often I see the garage next to the utility room but not connected. Ideally, the two would then be connected to the kitchen, but this is better than nothing. This home looks like it was designed for an American executive who's moved to the London area for a job.
Another great tour and house although a little bit on top of the house next door! Kitchen/diner is awesome and one of the best I’ve seen in the houses you’ve toured.
Love the house and woods behind. Just a pity so near your neighbour. If I had the money though probably would not put me off buying. I like modern. Easy to maintain! Love your videos.
Great video as usual...although, I think you made a typo on the description.....you accidentally put a 1 in front of the £850,000 ;)......lovely house, but hugely overpriced, I can only assume that area is very sought after.
He is like you are very private here, except for your neigbours house which is 1,5 Meters away and his cars headlighs shining in your living room, every time he arrives.
Absolutely stunning home and property! Beautiful interior appointments and design! I would put hardwood floors in front living room with built in bookcases on either side of the fireplace - the rest is perfection! ❤️👍🥰🇺🇸
Really love this property. Very deceptive from the outside, but ample space within. Also like the layout and the interior design. The downside (considering the price your paying for the property) you don't have your own front garden, and your next door neighbour is quite close by.
The house itself is to a lovely spec for a new build (as it should be £1.8 million!), but I’m not sure how I feel about the exterior - not particularly a lot of space, privacy, and weirdly having 3 different fences?
Yes guys, welcome to Beaconsfield! Great video as ever. There are a plethora of striking properties in the town; especially on Burkes Road / Burgess Wood Road South. Well worth checking out on your next visit 😊
It’s a lovely house. I really like the decor. I just think that they’ve tried to cram as many rooms (17) into a 30 square house as possible. My place is 56 sqms larger than this house, but has the same number of rooms. Sometimes it’s better to have less rooms, but of a slightly larger size. If that makes sense 🤔
I don't want to be a hater, but why would you build a garage in which you can't fit a car? For a house which costs a porn amount of money... Later edit: I feel like I need to write something positive otherwise I will be a troll: I love the fact that they kept the old trees and integrated them in the garden. That's what you call respect for nature! Let's hope they won't fall down during a storm and destroy the house or even worse kill someone.
A lovely modern home. Nice details. A premium price for a premium area. Front garden’s a wee bit risqué for this price range, and if you can afford this you’d need a home office nowadays - so it becomes a 5 bed. Still gorgeous though.
Looks great, tastefully done, but £1.8m worth? Not so sure. Single garage for 6 bedroom house? For that kind of money in that location you’d be expecting more. Maybe a feature basement level or a pool or larger grounds. Just feels like there’s something missing.
