Bungalow Walkout
This amazing large home was built in 1979 and has kept most of its original features intact. It had been broken up into two separate apartments, one downstairs and one on the second level. Surprisingly, the previous owners/tenants left a lot of stuff behind, from personal item to furniture.
It sits on several acres of tree covered land and is hidden away from the world in a very peaceful area. With development popping up all around it, it was bought by a developer along with a few other neighbouring properties that will be replaced with new detached housing.

Love the large kitchen upstairs! And the leaded and beveled glass in the doors. This would've made a nice income property. I can't imagine trying to keep a bathroom clean with all the iron in the water, not to mention actually using it, lol. Nice explore James!

Hi James I like this house very much. The basement apartment was probably where the in-laws lived either that or they rented it out. All the rooms in this house were pretty big. Very spacious. That bathroom with the shower was so discolored from the iron in the water. That was gross because it was all over that shower. EW🤮 I really like this house and feel sad that they will demolish it😢. James you never showed the out buildings that were there. That little one looked like an outhouse. I was wondering if there was a modern day commode in it. Also I liked that sunroom. I have a sunroom similar to that one in my home. With all the stuff they left makes me think they will return to get their things. Well I really liked this Static Space James. Nice work. You always give us your best work and I appreciate that. Until the next video stay safe and take care of yourself.😊👍🆒 This definitely deserves 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ah yes, this is before I ever really showed the outbuildings but I honestly don't think there was a lot to see in these ones. Could have been inlaws living down there too. Wry nice sunroom, I agree. Glad you enjoyed this one Irene and thank you very much for your comment!!

my shower and appliances are yellow also, not as extreme as that shower but very yellow. You could clean them 10x a day and it doesn't matter. We can drink the water but we would end up in the bathroom A LOT. We learnt that the hard way when we moved in ( I know TMI! lol) We have a water cooler for drinking water but still use tap water for cooking. My cats also get the water from the water cooler.🙂

Interesting, that must be really tough, not being able to clean the stains. I was actually really wondering about drinking the water, whether it was safe/tasted good, so thank you very much for that tip! I think there were two families living there, at least shortly before it was abandoned anyway. Kind of looked as though the upstairs and downstairs were two separate apartments. Thanks very much for your comment!!

Another great location you took us through, but wow that iron staining yikes I couldn't even imagine taking a shower or how about a nice glass of water to drink, yuk. Funny I know it looks cold but so cold to freeze inside of the house crazy, thanks again for this one.

Hi James. This was a really good one. That letter from “Santa” was a bit rough! I wonder if “Kevin” was actually given that instead of the 3DS 😂. Bit funny that his name was Kevin, but I’m just easily amused 😂 That snow globe was cute. I loved those when I was a kid. I still think they’re cool 😂 Shame it was left behind but glad to see it wasn’t smashed (yet). It was interesting to see the sun shining in, although I don’t know if it made it any easier for you filming. Thanks for the video!

I don't even remember that letter but a bit interesting his name was Kevin, even better if this were a large estate home. I felt I kind of rushed this one, it was so cold that day, I really didn't have much time to poke around at all. I have a love hate relationship with the sun...it just makes it harder to see what I am trying to show you guys. Glad you enjoyed it Stephanie and thanks a lot for your comment!!

It’s mid-May and it only got warm enough to sit out at the end of last week and over the weekend. It was a LONG winter for us so we were glad to see it. Thought it was never going to warm up 😂

Oh my goodness , James… That shower. I assume your skin showering would be covered with it. Is it possible to get rid of it at the source? Probably well water. Thank you for once again a great video!!!!

I would imagine with the proper filtration, you could get rid of it. I don't think it's harmful to your health and it almost certainly doesnt look that colour straight out of the faucet.
