I know about this location quite well as are used to go with my family member, taking my cat for veterinary updates now and again over the years when it was open, but sadly it closed down and it has been laying empty for a very long time when I was able to get inside the veterinary surgery, it was like a time capsule everything still left her. It was medicine x-rays pictures of old animals such as rabbits and dogs and it still had a waiting area where it was still what it was like when I was there many many years ago.
History
The veterinary surgery used to be a Gatehouse for the local or Manor house, but sadly it went into abandonment, such as the Gatehouse at the Gatehouse was given a new lease of life as the veterinary surgery. Cooper vet at the property and had a lease for about four years, but finally bought the location and turned into a veterinary surgery for good few years after 34 years , it was a hive of activity for many many years helping sick and injured animals, but sadly the Gatehouse was going into state of decay, but he was given Playing permission to build two houses, but council didn’t give permission to build the two houses, but was given permission to build a new veterinary surgery, only down the road from the old one now, the Gatehouse just sits abandoned as it’s just waiting for to be pull down, or hopefully it will be once again worked on, but time will tell
