Great tour by Brad, as usual. He's so funny, but he also shows you small details you probably haven't thought about. For those claiming the vehicle is a Scout, the Land Rover badge on the front is briefly visible. It's not a Scout.

This is an amazing house for the asking price. I'd say both husband and wife are very creative people. They did a fantastic job in the way they did this house. I love that they made bold use of color through. None of this current sad trend of painting every single wall in the house some sort of grey, grey cabinets and flooring. They obviously are cooks. I am and yes, maybe not all the time will you use all those utensils like were in that drawer, but once in awhile you will make something that requires their use. If this house were in a neighborhood like this one around Cincy, Lexington or Louisville, the asking price in this market would be in the range of 3/4 of a million. I did get lucky at around the time you shot this video in finding a designer home down here in Central Florida for just over $400K and sold mine for the same price. I say I got the best deal on a home for sale in the metro Orlando region. I'm just 35 minutes from downtown Orlando now. The great RU-vid algorithm just directed me to your videos. You really have had some very interesting properties that you have featured in this part of Kentucky. An area I have really come to love. If I decide to come back north, I may see what you can find for me at that point. In the meantime, I am just going to watch and enjoy your videos. I love country and historic places, homes, etc.

I’m looking at an English home and what could be more English than a Landrover outside the house! I’m sure the owners have been influenced by the English homes and gardens. It’s a delightful little place that has been well designed and tastefully decorated throughout. The only difference is that in the UK the gardens would be fenced off and more private. The area you struggled to name looks like a cloakroom especially with a loo opposite the clothes that would hang on the hooks. I would definitely feel at home but I’ve always wanted a basement. Ah well you can’t have everything I guess. Thank you Brad I’ll be calling Ken about this one. It might be just what we need to begin our hunt. I think it’s priced realistically given the the recession has begun in the housing market. My best wishes to both you and Cindi 💕💫 PS I haven’t forgotten about the RV Park yet 😉

I wouldn’t call it decorated like a California house. Maybe more accurate to say it’s “Pinterest Worthy.” It certainly is gorgeous and artfully decorated. I love it. I wish it had more land, though.

Love the vehicle you are looking at, basically the toyoto land Crusier I belive that this was the was the idea that brought that. vehicle there are a few cabins but not nearly as many in Kentucky as I would have guessed. Kentucky is Woodsy and yes there are a few cabins here and there from what I have learned from brad and I think that this might be due to Brad and his team, scrambling all over Eastern and Central Kentucky over the past few years, digging, researching and developing as he puts it. An internet platform program that brings together The buyer of land or property that is either up for sale or interested in selling their property but are not interested in spending lot of time messing with Restate brokers and encelairy personnel conected tithe general home sales market, that, having a modicome for Realestate marketing and recruiting buyers for the commercial market,they had an incredible year i spite nod a late season start. Hi curtis lawson, Let's just use 395,000 as an example. 200,000 down. let's guess 4.95%, 30 yr fixed -- no PMI - your payments for Principal and Interest will be: $1,041/mo. AND if you pay an extra payment every year - it lowers a 30 to more like a 20 yr. @@BradSimmons I'm 64 years old I've lived in San Diego all my life 22 years ago I bought a condo for $91,000 it is now worth 478,000 all I got to do is Polish this turd and put it on the market I think that'll lead me some money to spend in Kentucky hopefully I'll be out of here by the end of the year if things go my way that's a big house from just me and an Airedale but I do plan to rent some rooms out
