Mimi is the best! She helped us find our dream property and we are moving in next week, thanks to her long distance help and expertise! 💕love you guys!
This 1st bit isn't about homes,it's about Kentucky which I've fallen in love with...I've just read about the tornadoes in Kentucky it's just heartbreaking I hope everyone on the team including your own family Brad are fine and safe...the last house I watched was this older couple who were selling this amazing property you where being shown around by the lady of the house who had an amazing Pink truck for sale and she too loved her vehicles a lovely lady still very attractive...the property was beautiful....I hope everyone is safe and well because after watching your videos the last 4/5 years I've fallen for Kentucky..👍👍👍love from the UK....
Hi Brian Doyle, we are all ok - and Thank you!!! :-) It was truly a fluky storm - we get wind, but not like that! Interesting quick read: bluegrassteam.com/is-kentucky-in-tornado-alley-not-even-top-20-states-read-more/
Man all my wood carvings would make that place pop . My soaring eagle would fit into that rock fireplace like it was ment to be.what a place to live out my days.
This house is perfect for a family and older parents having a place too. That basement is a small apartment with access to the outside almost makes it like another home. Dying to understand what the property could do. This can be an extravagant home or a real home with amazing potential.
My thoughts 💭 If this was the builder’s house then I wouldn’t want to see the rest. He/she has turned something very special into something that needs to be renovated in my opinion. There’s so much contrast from excellence to DIY gone wrong I have a headache just thinking about it. To me this is an unfinished home needing a lot of attention to detail. I don’t know if it’s priced correctly but someone will need to spend $$$ putting it right. Plastic French doors on a log cabin? I’ll pass. What a wonderful agent you have Brad. She’s very special 💫
Hi Brad, Just love all your videos and presentations of the houses and land. Beautiful cabin. The master bathtub is the bomb for sure. Again you never disappoint. Love when you show the beautiful land in Kentucky.
You have been holding out on us?!?!?!? WTF Brad! You do really great videos, we all know that. More Mimi in the future, you two play off each other well, even though she is a bit of a country sweetheart.
Thanks Brad for showing us this place. Looks great for someone. I was excited when you said big land. I was hoping it was 125+ acres. But non the less it great property for sure. Looking forward to your next one.

You have a really great team Brad and it’s so nice to see Mimi. Thank you both for the great tour of the cabin. It’s got amazing potential but does, in my opinion, need some work to finish this cabin into the luxury range it belongs. You’d think a builder would know better and have the best property in the development area. I think he got distracted as nothing is finished to fulfil it’s potential. If I’m over in time I would like to take a look. Thank you both 🥂💫
Are you crazy, You want him to shut down the mower!? Of course it’s the perfect day for mowing. He needs to see who this stranger is, and what’s going on over there :)
Love the lock on the laundry chute. That would have kept me and my cuz inertained for hours. He scott let me lower ya down head first . You wont drop me will you . Well of course not .love it lived it want to do it again.
Hi Brad, I enjoy your videos for years, and you are getting better with every next video. But I can't help noticing that your appetite is greatly improved. If you don't pay attention, you will need a wide-angle lens for this camera... Greetings from (former) Architecture student!
Where the location is for a projector TV I would just place a large flat screen instead. This week at "Wally-World" I saw a 70" for $398... Projector TV's picture can not compare when you are watching a movie or on a "binge" of a program.

It would be a nice fixer upper but I wouldn't pay nearly that much for it...300k would be good for it if it was in great shape...in its current condition, half the asking price would be beyond generous...
The bathroom is a woman’s dream all stone pebbles large shower and large jacuzzi bathtub awesome that’s the way a woman dreams of abathtub😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊all the wood inside and outside gorgeous and they could make the doors barndoors and pocket doors of barn wood and tomake this more elegant change some of the ceiling fans to chandelier fans they sell on Amazon and definitely a person would want all countertops I. Kitchen to have marble and marble backsplash 😊😊😊

Hi Debbie Nesbitt, Here is a lengthy (sorry) reply I give to folks who ask about storms, weather, etc. Hope you benefit from it: Couple things - 1st - we are nowhere near tornado alley - you can look that up. We do get some wind, but take a look at all those rickety tobacco barns on the tops of hills - they have been there 100 yrs - and still standing... Diagram here from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tornado_Alley#/media/File:Tornado_Alley_Diagram.svg Secondly, July and August are our hottest months - in the 80s. But everything is air conditioned, so it is 60s in the morning and night - and 80s in the peak of the day. 3rd - we came from NJ 30 yrs ago - here we enjoy two things that I like: it stays lighter, later - 9:30, its still light out - because we are so close to the next time zone - we like that. 4th - we also enjoy about 3 extra weeks of spring - and 3 extra weeks of fall. Which equates to 6 weeks less winter for me - I'm happy. 5th - we also enjoy average of 3.55" of rain per month - which keeps the grass green and the lakes and reservoirs full. And wow, did I ever find something for you! the most comprehensive weather site I've ever been to - this weather info is for our Bluegrass Team office: weatherspark.com/y/15759/Average-Weather-in-Danville-Kentucky-United-States-Year-Round Lastly - a good, honest answer about snow…. Now some years, we get nothing. 2 times in the last 30 yrs I’ve been here, we’ve gotten 12” - but the average honest answer is: we get 2”-3”, 2-3 times per year and its gone in 2-3 days. if this all interests you - Get on our Exclusive Buyer's VIP list here, to know of new properties - BEFORE they hit the market - BluegrassTeam.com/homefinder - or of course just call or text 859-379-5263

Hi Ray Kemry, if you are seeing stripes, it is probably marks from the mower. No worries. --- we have more properties --- if you're seriously looking for a property - and want to talk to a Local Expert - and a warm, caring human, let's get you on a call with Brandi, our Client Liaison - she is a doll and all she wants to do is help. Brandi has helped so many people for so many decades. Brandi will ask you a few questions - how soon, how many acres, how much --- and the most important question... what does your ideal place look like. That's the best way to get us to start sending your properties that match what YOU want. And we will email them to you! text or call Brandi at 859-428-7714 - you will love Brandi.
@Brookside975 well that definitely falls into the 'talk to Mimi and see if she can negotiate something for you' zone. Yes, a barn would be great --- but if everything else is wonderful don't let 40k stand in your way. Yes, Cindy and I just got a quote for a wood pole barn with metal siding 26 gauge - 42x60x12 eaves = $38k from an Amish barn builder crew. Hi German Equisport, 3 things I want to point out to you: #1 - we are selling listings so fast, we don't have time to study every detail that someone may or may not ask about --- that's what we always say, I don't know for sure, but I will find out for you. People like that best - instead of some agents - they will just make it up. We get you real info. and #2 - if an agent knows every little detail of your property, they aren't selling more than a handful of properties a year. We will sell over 150 properties this year - giving our team massive experience to see all kinds of issues, so we know how to keep deals from falling apart (a huge reason you need a COMPETENT and experienced agent to assist you) and #3 - according to NAR, FSBOs accounted for 7% of home sales in 2020. The typical FSBO home sold for $260,000 compared to $318,000 for agent-assisted home sales. You would be leaving 20% on the table my friend. Your spouse would love you for that! hahahaha.
