Hi Jahannah, your notificantions aren't showing. It means you are on the truth and they have acknowledged your work as a legitimate threat to their fiction writing 😉
@brandonox6927
This was 1000% a fallout shelter and survival location for humans during the younger dryas event and the 1000 years of radiation that followed. That's why they have the special doors. Ancient cataclysmic fallout shelter.
@Anyextee
Nice video! We had so much fun on this tour! Derinkuyu is such a mysterious underground “city” in Turkey. Looking forward to returning this October for another Adept Expeditions tour!
@HoofHearted88
The fact Derinkuyu also has toilets in that maze system is just so cool. If it is indeed 10,000 years old and they had the technical know-how to build a sewage system... it's bonkers.
@infinitumneo840
You're very brave facing your claustrophobia down inside those deep, dark caves. My hat's off to you. I can only imagine how difficult it was for you. I like these ancient sites.
@DillDough-dn4eb
I think this was a fallout shelter that was built in response to the first part of the younger dryas, 12,900 years ago. And i also think the people who emerged from this are the ones who carved the figures into the T pillars. I think the T pillars themselves predate the younger dryas.
@Eye_Exist
if you are interested about the ancient megaliths, go search old world research to understand that it's not just the megalithic structures - it's all over the world and we live in the middle of it.
@MissMonicaJ
Not morbid at all to keep your loved ones with you after they passed. How many of us have our loved one’s ashes in our homes? Putting your loved one’s bodies out to the elements could have been considered rude, or perhaps there was some religious or spiritual reason to keep the bones in house. If one believes in ancestor worship or magic what kind of powerful protection would it be to keep the ancestors in the very foundation of the home!

To construct this site took a King so concerned about a rising danger he ordered a doomsday bunker building. This should give us hope. They had time. At least some. I for one believe it to be because they saw the sun changing colour due to the nova event at the end of the last ice age. A bad omen. A sign the world as they knew it was about to end.
@CraftySasquatch
Living underground to hide from the micro nova and electric storms. Not from just rocks falling from the sky.
@christinet638
Yes. Thank you for going inside! It looks very scary and I would have felt anxious. You did great.
@EDYN15
So much going on in Turkey! I want to see it all! Thanks!
@francispitts9440
I not only enjoy your content and videos but I also enjoy your sense of humor and personality. You are special and have a way of conveying history in a relatable manner. I appreciate you.
@bobbrown5529
Turkey seems to be the hot spot for the history of man . What a stunning place , those caves and the pointy rocks puts an entire new look on apartments . Well done Johannah , I look forward to your next tour .
@FoundingStockNZ
I had a dream last night that we met in Germany, woke up to find this video. Totally random I know, and spooky enough that I had to share 😅
@_chuck_gus
Such a fun trip full of new knowledge and amazing people! That Sufi Ned memory is forever burned in my brain 😂 Thanks for including my commentary!
@chaosoul-seanleeriggs369
So amazing, quite a time to get to vicariously go on these journeys
@MarkTikasinghTIKAH-B
Thank you Jahannah, I really wonder if there was an ancient world war and people had to live underground for a long time. Amazing video as always. Take care and keep safe
@livingahumanlife2651
Funny you should mention claustrophobia/panic attack... I've struggled with it for the last 10 years after something traumatic happened to me... The only thing that makes meaning to my life anymore is to travel the world and see all these ancient places you film... but I haven't been able to...because of my severe claustrophobia... I'm so scared of just being claustrophobic on the plane... let alone deep inside some ancient city in the mountain or inside one of the many pyramids.... but I guess because of people like you filming all of these amazing places my motivation is getting bigger for overcoming my fear... I really feel your experience of being claustrophobic!❤ Thanks for sharing!❤
@gregbrown5473
Thanks Johannah there is so much in Turkey ... have fun at the Cosmic Summit 🙂🤙
