Exploring Eridge Rocks Nature Reserve

Its Day Four of my Winter Photography Adventure, as I embark on a Landscape Photography day trip to a Nature Reserve that I've never ventured out to before now, and the highlight of this entire Project
Eridge Rocks Nature Reserve... Is a majestic Sandstone Rock outcrop amongst Woodland. It comes as a surprise to many that there are substantial cliffs tucked away in the woodland of the High Weald of East Sussex. Giant boulders some of which are ten metres high, greet visitors to the Rocks... These are designated as a Site of Special Scientific interest due to the plant life that grows around the sandstone which have been in existence for over 135 million years.
Join me this week as I explore the beauty of this hidden gem of a Nature Reserve, capturing the stunning Landscapes, through Photography.

Great location Neil looks like it will change pretty dramatically every season! Some cracking images, i thought when taking the last picture, you had shot it to tight, then you showed the final image and i was mistaken, it looked fantastic. Cheers Neil, have a nice week!

"Wow, Neil! This place is incredible! Those rocks certainly look ancient. I can't believe you stumbled upon this place by accident. It's always exciting to find new locations that are so close to home. The shot you got from the top of the rocks with the moss-covered roots in the foreground is fantastic. The way you framed the shot with the tree on the left is perfect, I am cerntly not new to the channel, happy to say I have been following your YT Journy from the start mate, I see talking with people around isn't bothering you these days. Always Dog walkers lol, great set of images.

Yeah never heard of it until I found it online... Have really been looking forward to sharing this one, wont be long till I'm filming back there either if the Bluebells show up there mate. That last shot (the Portrait one) is narrowly my favourite of the set though for sure... Haha, not that comfortable about filming in front of people still, I was so far in when that Dog walker went past, I couldn't be bothered to stop and start again... Think it helped as he was a good distance from me

You might get away with it... think I may do too at times being in North Kent, its more the South and Sussex that'll cop the worst of it Have a great time down this way, regardless though - Might be the chance to get some moody shots at the very least
