Exploring in The Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve 

Let's take an adventure into the Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve located in central Florida. A vast and scenic wilderness that is extremely vital to Florida's ecosystem and wildlife. I always enjoy exploring through the woods here along the various creeks and the Withlacoochee River as well which flows through this wilderness. The Florida National Scenic Trail can be hiked through the Green Swamp along with many other trails and off the beaten path places to roam. On this adventure I hike into parts of the Green Swamp - East Tract along some forest roads and a scenic creek. Here I like to take my time and observe the wildlife that may reveal itself. Further into the hike I come across remains from an old structure that once stood out here by the ponds and creek.
