Another enjoyable vlog. Never been on Holland America, that ship looks quite nice. I think I’d enjoy the more quiet slow pace it seems to have. Creek street is fun to have a wonder about.
I went to some stone crab lodge feast when I was there, on the water out of town, so we just drove by Creek Street on the way back. Never seen them go through the crew area to tender or go down ta ramp to tender! That halibut and lobster looked really delicious, and so did the desserts! Shame those music venues don’t seat more.
Seeing the drinks menu reminded me to say that on QE I finally tried a Thatcher's, but not Gold as they were out, but Thatcher's Rose and I loved it! Thanks Paul for getting me to try a cider.
Been great watching these Alaska videos, reliving my trip on a different ship 😊 oh and in nicer weather 😂 The Lumberjack show is great fun and that food in Rudis looked amazing!

That halibut looked fantastic. The last time I bought some from our local fishmonger I nearly collapsed with shock at the cost😈😈 a great treat though. I wonder what the sail into and from Ketchikan is like at the beginning or end of season when there is snow on the mountains.
Hey guys. Just watching your video and I’ve always wondered if a cabin over the back of the ship would have a lot of vibration? I’d definitely love that view but worry about the noise from the engines (or vibration) 😊. How did you find it?
We didn't have any vibration, but on smaller ships you can find that. You can feel more movement too depending on your itinerary and time of year so something to consider..

Hey guys, a great big, thank you!! You do not even realize what you showed me today. I use a power wheelchair to get around. When there are tenders, I am not able to go ashore. However, today, your vlog showed me that HAL do have ramps in the tenders,3:45. On my next Holland America cruise, I am going to make my way to the tender and see if I can get on… Fortunately, Holland America's private island does have a tender that is completely accessible!. Keep up the excellent vlogging.
Carole, what happened? While touring the ship, the sound was terrible. Your voice was so muffled I couldn't understand a word you were saying and my hearing aids were turned up full blast. LOL
