Join me as I explore the exterior and interior of the busiest train station in the United States of America. New York Penn Station is located between 7th and 8th Avenues, and 31st and 34th Street and is completely underground.
This station provides services for Amtrak, New Jersey Transit(NJT), and Long Island Railroad(LIRR) trains, with connections to the New York City subway and PATH trains.
This video was recorded in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second using an Apple iPhone, and enhanced with the stability provided by an DJI OSMO 6 smartphone stabilizer.

The last time I rode Amtrak into the city was 1999. the station was still under MSG. What happened to that space? Is it still part of the station? Or was it just emptied out and abandoned?

You get Amtrak at the Moynihan Train Hall. They converted most of the Post Office across the street to a train station.

The Pennsylvania Hotel is missing across the street, it’s been torn down to make way for a new high rise skyscraper

@armorpro573 I’m torn on that, the Pennsylvania Hotel was old and worn down. They are modernizing the area around Penn Station. When the new tower is finally built it will be nice, though very tall

@@tekgamerworld Well I feel it would've been more cheaper to renovate it than tearing it down and building a giant skyscraper that'll likely cost in millions.

@armorpro573 it was estimated that renovating the Pennsylvania Hotel would of cost upwards of $200,000,000 USD
