Great video! It's nice to see eastern Michigan get some attention. People usually only talk about the Oakwood Cemetery in Farmington Hills with the weird rolling uphill phenomena. There are all sorts of spooky legends with interesting history behind them in the region. My favorite is the haunted cemetery in Novi where local legend says that a band of soldiers were ambushed while returning home from the war of 1812. They say you can still hear the screams in the middle of the night. Keep up the good work!

There is an old cemetery in Lapeer on Mott Community College’s grounds that patients of the old Oakdale State Home are buried at. Some gravestones only have patient numbers and dates and some are being eroded and lost to the river that runs nearby. We used to go back there at night and catch a vibe.
Eastern Michigan asylum has been gone since 98. The asylum in traverse City is the sister to the eastern or Pontiac state hospital. Traverse City Commons is being renovated and can be toured.
